Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Buchanan Dam

Sydney was a fabulous host. The home is beautiful and very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the pool and appreciated the extra touches that she provided such as toys for the kids, pool toys and floats and towels for the pool/lake and much more. Our family had a wonderful vacation!!!

This was a great family vacation spot. Easy to get to, private pool was wonderful and the expansive waterfront was great for getting on/ off the boat each day with four small kiddos. The home was very well stocked with just about any amenity you could think of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kingsland.

What a perfect Memorial Day Weekend! We stayed for 4 nights. The first night was very stormy, but the lovely screened in patio was still a perfect place to hang out. Plenty of parking. I had to reach out twice to ask a question and got a replay within 5 minutes! Beautiful pool and backyard. The only unfortunate thing for us was there was not a boat slip. Made it a little challenging to launch at the marina which was very busy. Everything else was spectacular!

The place was beautiful snd so unique! We loved the furnishings and the outdoor spaces! The spool was wonderful, and we spent much of our time just enjoying the views! We particularly enjoyed the sunsets! It was a very relaxing weekend for us!

This place was so beautiful! It was a perfect amount of space so that each family had their own sleeping space with their kids and significant other. The sunrises and sets were amazing here! Kids enjoyed the pool so much!

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at Roger and Mary’s beautiful Casita! Food and entertainment were a short drive away. The pool was wonderful, and all of the beautiful flowers made it that much more serene. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful oasis.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The villas look exactly like the photos.. beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices to cooking tools, which made it easy to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were just as serene and well-maintained as they appeared online. Each room had a smart TV ready for streaming, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Texas Hill Country!

There are no surprises with this house. Everything is as nice as it looks in its photos. In fact the view of the backyard and lake from the living room and master suite is beyond expectations! Access to the lake and the kayaks was a bonus! The house was clean and organized. It was easy to find what we were looking for due to the labels. Especially around the kitchen. The only thing that came as a surprise to us was that the room with the 2 twin beds did not have a door. So it lacked privacy. Other than that we had a wonderful stay! Me and my 11 adult friends were comfortable and it was more than enough room for us to space out. Bre was super easy to communicate with and got back to me right away. All in all we had a wonderful time & if we return to Lago vista we would be happy staying here again.

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cute, and super comfortable, with everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the communication—friendly, helpful, and responsive, which is surprisingly rare these days. Huge thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy. Highly recommend!

So cute and such a beautiful setting! We loved hanging by the pool and going to El Gaucho winery down the road for dinner. House is very well decorated and clean.

What a fantastic view and elegant home!!! private yet not isolated. Beautiful pool, and if you have kids ...try the treehouse!!!! Rooftop terrace is gorgeous even without a fire (burn ban) !!!! Hope to stay again!!!

Absolutely loved this place! Perfect location so the view was amazing! I really loved the decor of the condo and the bed was super comfortable with wonderful sheets! The bonus for me was THE 🦌deer ! Penny and Cannon supply deer corn so you can feed them! The deer are strolling around the area and you can feed them! You will definitely be happy staying here! I come to this area to visit my relative and now I have found my place to stay when I come back here!

Very homey environment with modest accoutrements that were plenty for us. We enjoyed watching the neighbors goats. Great spot to bring your dogs. Small village of other rentals but far enough apart to feel private. Close enough to town to go out or grab provisions but far enough to get a little quiet. All around great stay.

Judy is a wonderful host! She communicated with us immediately. She showed us all the amenities of the property and the house when we arrived. The house was a cute decorated Texas theme pattern. She thought of everything in the house! Beds were comfortable! The living room had a pool table and a smart TV. The outside sitting area was very peaceful and serene! Lots of chairs to sit on and take in the views! The lake was beautiful as well as the pool! This was a little slice of heaven on Lake Buchanan. I wish we had more time because the area was beautiful, scenic, and relaxing! Thank you to Judy for hosting your home, being responsive, giving food requests, and providing extras on the lake. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Close to Inks Lake State Park, Kingsland, and the Perissos Winery. Great place for kids and dogs.

House is amazing!!!! Having access to all the amenities at log country cove makes this vacation rental and even better deal! The house is super private, but is just a short golf cart ride (or even walk around the creek) to all the lake action. Loved every minute of the stay! Oh yeah, the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bakeware, even a crockpot. They even had some pantry staples in case you forget something!
