Husbands and boys stayed for weekend getaway. The house was very nicely done-extremely clean. Notes everywhere made for easy operations and cold water waiting for them. Husband and boys had a great time and loved staying there.

This was an adorable, clean home close to the lake, grocery store, and popular restaurants. Drew and Grace were quick to respond and accommodating. Everything was perfect upon check-in and check-out was a breeze. This place will be on our list for a return trip!

Cecilia was a great hostess. The hostess with the "mostest." She was super responsive. The place was super clean. Very nice and quaint. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (I live in Dallas) this is a great place to stay. Cecilia even put some snacks and ice in the fridge for us to take to the Spider Mountain Bike Park. They came in handy as it got a little hot in the afternoon. Will stay there again for sure. I spent a weekend at this place and really enjoyed it. It’s located at an excellent location close to Lake Travis and there is plenty to do! It has a nice yard and great views of the surrounding area. The bed is very easy to fold and convenient to put away to have more space during the day. Most importantly, Matt was very responsive and helpful in giving us the best experience possible!

Great place to stay, with plenty of room for the 6 of us! The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils, anyone could need! Beds were comfy. We had a great stay!

Fabulous stay. Every detail was thought of and all of the amenities provided added a special touch to our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, particularly loved the extra large kitchen. Our family are typically beach go-ers during the Memorial Day weekend but due to our wonderful stay we have decided to break from tradition and would love to come back next year!

I have high rating because although I had trouble finding and getting in, maybe others wouldn't so much. I think extra instructions on how to find the unit now quickly could help. I really wanted to Take a bath and most maybe wouldn't notice, everything looked clean... She offered so kindly to have to cleaned for me. she was very flexible and kind about letting me check out later. The place realy is nice and neat. feels a bit sterile in a way. rugs would definitely be good. overall a nice place to stay. lots of nice Kcups and complimentary things. if I had stayed longer, they had really nice and fun amenities. lots of treats and snacks in the cowork area. realy overall a pretty neat place. spetve out in the open., newer not really any shade trees.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Beautiful place to stay. Me, my wife and 2 kids had a wonderful time. We loved being able to eat on the patio and enjoy the view and the lovely weather. The amenities at the tropical hideaway complex are fantastic and great for kids. the big pool has a big shallow area and a good sized deep end so it worked great for us. The condo had just about everything we needed, and although it's a 1 bedroom, with the ottoman bed and the fold out sofa sleeper, we had plenty of room for everyone.

I really loved our stay. It was perfect for our my husband and I, toddler and 2 dogs. They had a pack and play, which we didn’t expect, and the location is pet friendly. There was a dog patch area a few steps away from our room. The main bedroom mattress is a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay for a short stay. The place was very clean, and stocked with the basics.

We had a wonderful time at Erin’s place! It was exactly as described, spacious, and the surroundings are beautiful. Erin is a great host - we were particularly impressed with how well maintained and comfortable the house is. It’s also very close to the lake and the marina. It was an unforgettable father’s day weekend 😊!

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Great hosts and place!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
