Amanda was very considerate and nice when we asked for a little later check-out at 11am. Her place is a generous size for one person and the decor was just immaculate. Great location for those who like walking at parks.

Had a great stay at Magdalena's property. She was super communicative and responded to the couple of questions we had. We were able to get in a tad early as our flight was earlier than usual check in and as it was free there was no issue in getting our bags to the location and off to explore. Everything was clean and tidy with no issues. The place is somewhat central, far enough from the city that its a bit quieter, but super close to public transport to get into the city or to other areas easily. Price was decent for the time that we spent. All in all, would recommend for 2 people to have somewhere close to the city and Zoo area. Thanks Magdalena

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

Charlottes place is great. Beautifully set up and presented. it is in a great location, walkable to great restaurants and easy access to the tram. And just around the corner to Bertoncello’s - one of the best coffee joints in Melbourne. The building is pretty cool with a really interesting cool/ industrial vibe and great garden courtyard. The appartments is well set up,and the layout really works well for a couple. Will look to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

This is such a sweet B&B! The location is perfect, only a block off of the super cool Brunswick’s ‘Sydney Ave’. The #19 tram goes straight into downtown - so easy. The apt was perfect, cozy, clean & quiet. I loved it!

Kristina was a great host, answered all our questions promptly and was friendly to deal with. The apartment was in a central location with trams at 2 minutes walk away, taking you straight to the City. There’s no shortage of fabulous eateries within walking distance and a Woolworths literally on the door steep. If you’re into vintage shopping this is the area for you lots of great op shops etc up and down the street, very trendy. After a long day out it was great to come home to our accommodation with that gorgeous view, warm and comfy decor. It was freezing outside but with the heating on, we were warm and cosy. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need with lots of condiments should you choose to eat in. The parking was a bonus and easy to get in and out of even in peak hour traffic. The area is safe to walk around at night and the entrance to the apartment was private and easy to access. My partner, daughter, and I recently stayed in Nina's apartment in Fitzroy North and we had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, just a few steps from a tram stop, making it easy to explore and get around. Within a few minutes, there was a fantastic supermarket, cafes, and restaurants, which added to the area's convenience and charm. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was well-maintained, with modern and stylish furnishings that made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. Great location with easy secure parking, amenities at the property are excellent along with the city views. Check in instructions are very clear and easy.

Luke was a great host. His check-in instructions were spot-on, and the apartment was clean, spacious & homely. Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance.

Had a lovely stay for 6 weeks here in Brunswick. Check in was easy, flat was clean and had useful amenities for a longer stay (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). Diane & Teresa were replied quickly to any messages I sent. Location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the tram stop into the CBD and close by many restaurants/cafes. Thank you :)

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Sam’s place in Brunswick East. Can recommend if you wish to stay in Melbourne’s inner North- great apartment and lots within walking range including restaurants and cafes as well as close to the tram for transport

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

We had a terrific stay at Marc and MJ’s place. They were very responsive. We were a little nervous about getting the key and parking the car but it was easy (and the same in reverse). The location was perfect. We walked everywhere, including to the QVM and the MCG and were right in the midst of great shopping and restaurants. We appreciated that the unit was well stocked with essentials and that we had a functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there was a range of pillow sizes to choose from. There wasn’t much of an outlook but that was the only downside and wasn’t important. We’d definitely return.
