A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

A good price because you aren't cooking much :) Yes, it’s a private place for yourself with parking and a simple kitchenette area. Everyone loves the tram and bus to your door, 5 mins walk to the shopping centre, parks, Zoo and cafe across the street. This little suite is bright, private, super clean & comfortable with Netflix, wifi, TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle and great hot shower in private bathroom. Secure undercover parking, elevator access and great transport to your door.

Young's apartment was a delight to stay in and as a host was extremely helpful. We visit Brunswick East often and this was by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in. Fantastic location and close to restaurants, cafes and shopping centres. We would definitely stay here again if it is available when next we visit.

Well worth the stay, we loved this little apartment for the week. A little dated decore, but homey and warm feeling inside the apartment. It was clean and had all amenities we needed. Great location easy to catch the tram into city, superb ice cream shop nearby, everything else you need 5-10min walk. Place was very quiet, respectful neighbours. Very happy with Ayesh and his prompt communication during our stay. Would highly recommend for what we paid. Thank you for having us over Christmas and Ny! 🫶🙂

The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location - close to public transport and in the middle of a lively part of town. Please note that this property is managed by a company, so you’ll be communicating with multiple people in the lead up to and at the end of your stay. Everyone is very efficient and helpful. However, the property does lack a personal touch. Perfect for a short, solo work trip if you don’t mind a little coordinating.
