Convenient location with easy access to the light rail and highway when going into Denver. Janis has done a great job of making the home comfortable, clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to others!

What a beautiful home! We rented for the night instead of two hotel rooms for a concert at Empower. Everything was super clean, very well appointed and organized. Salimah clearly anticipates the needs of his guests, and he communicated quickly. We cooked in for dinner and breakfast and the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need. The place was amazing, and Jordan is great! We were a little shocked to see that the 3rd bed was a blowup mattress, as the photos hid it pretty well.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. They followed up a day before our stay to make sure that we had anything and everything we needed. Host also followed up the following day after our check in to see if we accommodated well. We flew in a bit early and the host accommodated being able to drop off our bags in the meantime that the home was prepped for our stay. Although there was a nice patio with couches, we did not come to enjoy it cause we were out and about sight seeing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and local recommendations. We love Old Town Arvada. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A good place to relax after being in the city and there’s a lot of places to go! The train station is close for commuting and there are also busses to get on rather than taking Uber. Definitely will come back!

Emma’s listing was just as described, very clean, and the perfect place to relax and rest our head after hiking in the nearby areas. She was very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations.

This house was spotless and didn’t have a “walk in smell” lol! The kitchen was very stocked with appliances , seasonings, cups! Washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Everyone communicated and responded to my inquiries. Made us feel like home, we had to check out early since our family in Denver wanted to take us to the mountains on our last day. I highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying here five stars all across the board!!!

We stayed here for the weekend to see a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Location is ideal, about 20 min from Red Rocks. Super easy to get to. Home was stunning, spacious, and clean. The only thing is the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are is warm even with the AC on, but thankfully the rooms had fans and that helped. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The townhouse was perfect! Very clean and comfy. My fiancé and I tend to cook our own food as much as we can and the kitchen was everything we needed. Not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but very quiet and just a short drive 10 min from the city. Definitely would stay there again! Bogusia was super friendly and always very responsive, even coordinated an early check in for us when we got into town earlier than expected.
