Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bristol

My husband and I had a wonderful long-weekend stay at Nicole's cottage in Bristol! It was located in a serene neighborhood near the water which was nice to walk down to throughout the day. We were close to downtown Bristol and an easy drive to Newport, too. This cottage was clean and adorably decorated with New England coastal charm. The bed was also very comfortable! We even enjoyed a night inside doing a puzzle, which the host provided, on one of the rainy evenings. Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay here and definitely recommend it!

A lovely, completely updated, immaculately clean home! Mark and Mattie are wonderful to work with and even arranged for good weather for our son's wedding!

Very nice stay for our family! We were very comfortable here. The backyard is its own little oasis and the hot tub was so nice! Great hosts with little touches throughout the house - snacks and drinks on arrival, tissue boxes on each end table, plenty of towels, local recommendations, and more. Cute and quiet town with some great local things to do. Very happy with our stay

Great location—private and quiet yet close to loads of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Newport but far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful. Very comfortable bed in master. Plenty of mirrors and table surfaces to get ready each day. Loads of space to spread out!!!

Our family of four had an amazing week staying in Marianne and Tom's downtown rental. They took great care in this building's renovation and historical preservation, and every detail of it shows. The space was comfortable--plenty of room for each of us to spread out but also get some great family time together. The location is spectacular, looking out on Bristol harbor. We spent a great deal of time on the second-floor deck, watching all of the harbor goings-on, from boats coming in and out to countless walkers with their dogs. We loved the energy of this part of Bristol, which had some beautiful quiet time in the morning and had lots of festive spirit at night. We walked so easily to shops and restaurants, and we also rode our bikes to Colt State Park several times. We could not have asked for anything more from our vacation. Marianne and Tom were welcoming, responsive, and super-knowledgeable about the area. 1000% recommend!

Fantastic space - we felt right at home. Outside space was great and allowed us to host our family around a beautiful fire-pit. Liz was always responsive quickly in trying to figure out how to use something in the house. Loved staying here for our daughter's graduation.

This Airbnb is such a treat! It’s situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood right off the cove, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The serene surroundings made it easy to unwind, and I loved being so close to the water, which added a special touch to the whole experience. The outdoor space at this property is truly something special. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the patio area was an absolute delight. Michelle was an outstanding host. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Really a great property and so nicely equipped! Plenty of clean towels, soaps, shampoos and a great basket of useful items in the bathroom in the event you forgot something. Kitchen was also nicely equipped - including things like paper plates and cups, paper towels, cleaning supplies - anything you might need to make your stay easy. Property is clean, nicely furnished, amazing outdoor space and a great location - walkable to town.

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Providence, and coming back to Aref’s cozy apartment created the perfect ending! I would love to book another stay when we come back to Providence!

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Larna is a true super host! Place has everything you need. Super clean. Great location within walking distance of a lot of the Newport sites. Would love to come back someday.

Had such a great stay at Michael’s place. He provided very clear instructions for check-in, which was extremely helpful as we got in later at night than we had originally intended. The space itself was cute and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Zero complaints, will stay here again in the future!

We had a perfect stay — travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging but Debora provided everything we needed to make the stay comfortable (cot, high chair, bath, even cutlery!) and it really felt like a home away from home. The airbnb was spotless, it’s a good location in Fall River walking distance from a playground, parking was super easy, and we loved our stay.

Marianne’s place is cute everything you need is there! She even left us coffee and cereal. Great location

Perfect spot to stay and explore Newport! Easy walk to restaurants and located in a fun neighborhood. The living area had plenty of space for us to hang out together and cook breakfast. Both bedrooms were large and comfy, and the two bathrooms made it easy for each couple to have their own. Hosts were super and provided a great list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! Thanks for having us! :)

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Liliane's place is a great find. It is in a very convenient location in Newport where you can walk to the water and multiple shops and restaurants. The space is filled with light and it was very clean. It's a very comfortable place to come back to after exploring Newport. Liliane was a fantastic host, very responsive and provided very clear instructions. We would stay here again.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it both times. Stunning property in a fantastic walkable location! Very responsive hosts!
