Monthly Rentals in Brighton

We stayed one night in the studio and had a wonderful experience. The space is comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. Jane was very attentive and made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

Stan has a great place. He is easy to communicate with and always available. The little house fit our family of 6 perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped. The yard was nice, it was close proximity to beach. Beautiful homemade decorations/paintings which were great. It was also a quick drive to nearby attractions. We enjoyed our last stay on the South Island. Thank you!

The cabin was beautiful and tucked away in a peaceful area. The sound of the birds and the waves from the room make you feel right at home. Eva was a very welcoming and helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Madeline.

Lovely cottage, private parking, peaceful, we found the beds very comfortable, new heat pump + electric blankets kept us nice + warm, great amenities, the shower was awesome ! a short walk to local beach, my wife and I loved it.
