Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bridgnorth

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Amazing stay. The hot tub is perfect very clean, warm and easy to use. The home itself is lovely, very comfy bed and nice decor. Lots of leaflets and information for the surrounding areas. Couldn’t recommend more.

We found the Lodge cottage to be ideal for our holiday. It was a peaceful location with great views from upstairs windows. the cottage was spotless when we arrived and very well equipped. it was nice to find tea and coffee and ample towels supplied. the hot tub was a treat a couple of times during our stay. Other nice touches were the books and games, and the basket of leaflets to suggest places to visit. We would highly recommend this for any family to stay in.

We had a truly wonderful week at Sorrel House. A perfect house for family celebrations. We were celebrating two birthdays and we could bring all our friends and family together over the course of the week. Viki and Kevin are great hosts, very friendly and responsive. The house itself is srunning and beautifully and tastefully decorated with each bedroom having its own individual style. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The linen was 100% cotton and felt luxurious. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Viki and Kevin cooked us a delicious meal one evening. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The pool table was a bonus and was well used and having your own bar was a real novelty. You really do feel like you are staying in your very own hotel. Beautiful walks right outside your door and very dog friendly. All the big stores if you need them only 10 minute drive away. The hot tub was a nice addition too! We hope to return in the future

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay we couldn't of picked a better place to stay, the accommodation was spotless, the hot tub was lovely and the overall stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone that wishes for a nice relaxing time away, we will definetly be stopping again in the very near future. Thanks Nigel & Debs for such a welcoming stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Luxury Tree House. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, cozy, and immaculately clean. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a definite highlight, especially in the evenings. Pam was a fantastic host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and everything we needed was provided. We would highly recommend this unique property and hope to return again!

2nd time staying here and not disappointed on either occasion. Host is very easy to communicate with and made arrival very simple. Accomodation is as described and as the picture shows. Location is great if you like walking, cycling and pubs and would thoroughly recommend the local pub which serves great food and beer.

We had a wonderful stay, we only wish we'd booked for longer. The cottage was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious and had everything that we needed and the Aga was wonderful. It was quiet, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Victoria provided us with all the information we needed for the cottage and the local area and was available if we needed to make contact. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful break to celebrate our 20 Year wedding anniversary.

What can I say, we had the most amazing time at Lisa and Nick’s place! Lisa was incredibly kind and helpful, welcoming us with a handwritten card and a cake upon arrival. She gave us a tour of the lodge, which was honestly the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, fully equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t miss a thing! The lodge is located on their property, but it still feels very private and peaceful, with plenty of space and seclusion. Our one-year-old loved playing in the garden, watching the (baby) Moorhens, ducks Molly and Mathilda, and meeting the dogs Minnie and Nahla. We would 100% love to come back again!

Wow! What a fabulous, totally relaxing weekend in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We (and our 2 miniature Dachshund) just loved that as soon as you stepped of the front door, there was so much garden, woods, lake and fields to explore. And don't forget the peacocks, Roger and Kevin, adding that magical touch passing right by the front of the cottage. Jean was so lovely too. We absolutely would love to return xx

Judith was great, as I had not read that the oven was a small box type. I brought a massive lasagne and I think it was slightly beyond the oven’s capability. After 40 mins when it was still not cooked through, I messaged Judith and she put it in her oven. She knocked later with my steaming hot perfectly cooked lasagne and a smile on her face. She was very helpful.

Only a one night stay but was a very peaceful and cosy night. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds on which we stayed were gorgeous and very nice to walk around. Would definitely stay again.

This little oasis is as far as it can be from the hustle & bustle of modern life, being at the end a farm track, surrounded by open countryside. It is rare to find somewhere where there is no road noise - just the sound of silence - and the farm animals of course. You are still close to good local facilities & great places to eat. Our stay at the pool house was great. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful and clearly look after the place very well. The house itself is lovely: clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. It's also very private, being away from the main residence and surrounded by peaceful greenery with a wrap-around garden. The outside space is very relaxing, with several dining areas and roaming space, and it's also secure for dogs. The pool is fantastic and definitely the main attraction in good weather; it's clean, large enough for several people, a good depth for swimming but most adults can also safely stand, self-enclosed for extra safety, and just as private as the rest of the place. If you can pry yourself away from the water, there's also lovely country walks and farms in the surrounding area, and amenities are a short drive away. We definitely plan on visiting again.

We had a one night stay at the farm the location was great and the place was very clean & tidy we had everything there need . The swimming pool was also great too. We would 100% go there again.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The open plan upstairs is really comfortable and the main bedroom is spacious and luxurious with the en suite and slipper bath. Hidden downstairs is the unassuming door to the pool! Such a treat to be able to swim before breakfast and before and after dinner. Pool was a great temperature for swimming and the room is warm too. Katherine was friendly and there if we needed. The rural setting is great to wake up to bird song and farm fields. Shrewsbury is just down the road and this was a great base for going there but being completely out of the bustle of the town in the evenings. Overall peaceful with a splash of luxury.

We had a wonderful weekend. Richard was a considerate host and very flexible when we were running late for check-in. The house and surrounding countryside were both beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We were a group of 4 couples, 4 infants, a toddler and a dog, so it could have been chaos. However, the whole stay was very easy and stress-free as all needs were met. The check-in was very thorough so we understood the quirks of the building. We would definitely stay again. Fantastic couple of nights for a birthday relaxing treat. Great to be able to book the spa and pool for 2 hours a day to have all to ourselves. Recommend the various treatments by Wida as well.
