Apartment looks exactly what the pictures show. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable place. I will definitely stay here again.

Extremely quick to respond . Just wanted to let them know of a few housekeeping issues, not expecting anything to be done, but property management was immediately called and they sent someone over to remedy what they could. Very quiet and got to see a bear. It apparently was off season and most places were closed. If you use washrags, bring your own as property management does not supply them. The beds and furniture were very comfy.

Very nice place to have as home base for ventures in and around the area. Very clean and comfortable!!

Briana's place was such a welcome refuge after long days at the hospital. It was quiet, comfortable, and the kitchenette was great! She was very accommodating to an earlier check-in time and responsive to my messages. Very recommended !

Deborah and Pearl were the ideal hosts for our weekend in Vermont. Deborah was incredibly responsive and provided us with awesome recommendations. It’s clear that the guest experience/comfort is a priority for Deborah - that is reflected in the care and details in the apartment. If you want a quiet weekend away in the mountains while still being just a short drive from the “action” - this is the place for you! We can’t wait to return in the fall.

I really like Sam's place! This was a repeat stay, and what really works for me is the location. I like to be able to park and walk to the downtown area. Sam provides lots of choices for bath amenities, and he provides all the fixin's for morning coffee/tea as well as snacks and sweet treats. The bed is very comfortable and the shower water is nice and hot. He has also installed a window unit a/c for comfort. I would highly recommend his place for your stay in the Rutland area

Peaceful Retreat. We were in town for an event in South Royalton. Perfect location for our needs. The communication was superb and instructions were excellent. The property was very easy to find and it is beautiful. Very quiet and clean. There were a lot more amenities than I have seen at other properties. The provided snacks, drinks and bathrobes were especially nice. Fabulous bed and Linens. Very comfortable. If we are in the area in the future, we will be back. Thank you Alicia!

We had a very nice stay at Ava’s place. The place is very clean and cozy. It is also more spacious than we thought. Diane and Ava were very nice and left us with welcome gifts which we really enjoyed. The room had everything we need from coffee, tea, to fabric softer. The location is also convenient. It is about a 15 min drive to Okemo mountain resort and 18 min to Rutland with some dining options.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

Immaculate place. Everything you might need! Very charming town. Close to Green Mountain and Appalachian trail hiking. This was our second stay here and we love it. Also, definitely go to Sweet Birch coffee shop while in town. :)

We were in Vermont for a wedding and James and Vicky's Air BnB was close by to the festivities. James and Vicky have a really nice place that's comfortable, clean and has everything you need. They are super responsive and proactive and we enjoyed our stay. We wished the weather could have been better so we could have hiked and experienced more of Vermont's natural beauty but this made the comfort of the apartment even more important. Highly recommend.

Was in need of a place to stay in Rochester for a wedding down the road from the main part of town and I couldn't have picked a better spot for the weekend. It's a cozy little apartment that has all the simple things you need and it's walking distance to some small town jems to shop and eat at. If I ever want to come back to VT from Boston for the fall, or to escape the city life, I know what would be my first pick would be. :)

We would highly recommend Corinna’s place to anyone. Our friends and I felt right at home and had a lot of room to move throughout the property. The location is above a Tavern with amazing food. The property itself is spacious, clean, and full of amenities. We ended up getting snowed in for a full day and were able to enjoy the property and turn it into a game day. Loved the place and enjoyed our stay!!

This was a wonderful spot for myself this past weekend! And had I been joined by my friend and Doggo as initially planned, it would have very comfortably accommodated the three of us. Casey was very prompt in responding to my inquiries before and during my stay. I will definitely reach out for availability the next time I visit the area…

April’s Place was very easy to find. The unit it self was immaculate, clean, & modern. April was a pleasure and super responsive. Very likely to stay again when in the Castleton area.

We had the best time staying here for a ski weekend! Super convenient location. Clean and comfortable condo. Can’t go wrong! Heather is responsive and friendly.

We loved staying in this cozy little room for the weekend. The spa was such a nice addition we went every day!

Our second stay here was great, river was a little higher but we wanted a peaceful weekend with friends and dogs. Apartment was warm given the unseasonable cold weather and we had all the amenities we needed even dog towels for wet pups. Did not see the host during our stay but she was in contact as needed.

We loved how close the hot tub and pool were to the condo.

If we could give this spot more than five stars, we would! Every aspect of Jo & Dan’s place showed thoughtfulness and care. From providing robes and flip-flops to get to the hot tub, to the keurig coffee and tea selection, to the movie and game collection, we felt so taken care of. The place was spacious, and the amenities were top notch and up-to-date, but the decor created a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is big, has fun lights and jets, and was a great way to relax after skiing. The place is even better than the pictures show.

The apartment was well furnished and fully equipped, with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to seasonings, which made our stay very convenient. Everything was in working order, and the apartment was large and comfortable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ski rentals and lifts, and a few minutes drive to restaurants. We really enjoyed the nearby hot tubs, pool and sauna. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. Howard was very responsive and pleasant. Thank you Howard.
