Monthly Rentals in Bricoli

Our stay at Dame Di Toscana's house was fantastic! Our host Laura was super responsive and was able to arrange an earlier check in for us and was very friendly with great recommendations. The home was very clean, modern, full darkening automatic blinds to give a great sleep. A bottle wine, and spaghetti and pasta sauce awaited us on arrival! A very large shared living room area was available to everyone in the building and no less than 30 bottles of spirits for anyone who wanted. Would highly recommend Dame Di Toscana's.

Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

Valentina’s place is very nice for a longer stay, it is spacious and has all you need. It was easy to deal with amenities, internet was fast, so I could work remotely during my stay. The house is cool on hot days and can be easily warmed up when it’s cold. Valentina is very helpful and responsive, I asked for some additional stuff and Valentina just brought it. It was also easy to agree on slightly modifying the dates of my stay. Scandicci is cute and cozy area, so you can experience living there like a local. The place is close to smaller shops and nice pizza place. You cannot simply walk from there to the Florence historic center but it’s close to a bus stop and in 10-15 minutes walk to a tram stop. I think it’s a brilliant place if you come by car, without it you are dependent on public transportation, so it’s something to consider if you come for a shorter visit or plan to go to the city center every day. Otherwise, all good, and it’s great value for money!

We stayed at Julian’s beautiful place together with my boyfriend for 9 days. It was a great pleasure! The apartment was really big and comfortable, not to mention the original vintage character that really upped our Italian holiday. It is a really good place to stay if You want to visit Tuscany by car - all the beautiful cities and sights like Siena, San Gimigniano, Florence or Chianti Valley are really easy to get to. The place is really peaceful and quiet with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves from the window. The hosts Julian and Anna were very welcoming and helpful with lots of tips on how and where to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Julian’s place to anyone who wants to experience a real Tuscan holiday!
