Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Breckenridge

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

Susan was an excellent host! She was very attentive and gave clear instructions. The house was beautiful and had everything for a good time. Susan was very responsive during a small incident with the heater, and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything to fix the problem.

One of the best hosts on the platform. Instant responses and great recommendations for all the local activities. Wouldn’t ever hesitate to book with Seth. He even helped us work out getting the trash cans back up the hill after the bears decided to take them for a hike!

Our family of 4 had the best time! The house was perfectly located in town and was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the slopes. There was definitely room for more guests...we just couldn't pass up the location of a private house right in the middle of everything. The house had everything we needed and every amenity was so well thought out! We definitely enjoyed all the space and the heated floors were so nice after a long day of skiing. :) Michael came to great us and was so friendly and responsive. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

This was a great little spot for us and our two fur babes. It was so close to downtown Breck, easy to go back and forth. Noreen was so kind, flexible and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact her when needed, otherwise we had privacy. Would stay here again!

This place was rad. For a guys snowboarding trip this is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable and super close to the lifts. It was a great experience

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Jacquie's place is in a convenient location. Everything is very organized in the condo. Jacquue is very responsive. We enjoyed the stay.

Miner’s Launchpad was an ideal base for our long weekend ski trip to Breckenridge. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked for 3 adults. We didn’t have a vehicle and really appreciated being right on the Breckenridge Gold shuttle route (with frequent town and slope departures). Peak 8 is within walking distance if you’re not in ski boots. Dan and Jenn’s instructions were very helpful and they were very responsive. Will gladly stay again on our next trip.

The stay was amazing. Lots of amenities at the resort. Carlos was great and on top of everything.

My spring stay at Daniel's condo was superb! The condo was very clean, classy, and comfy. The sight and sound of the creek right outside the deck was very beautiful and relaxing, with occasional hummingbirds flying by, and newly budding trees. The proximity to town and hiking made it an ideal location if you didn't want to drive anywhere. I walked to Snowflake trailhead right up the street, and hiked along the creek to Sawmill Reservoir that had stunning views. Daniel was very communicative and helpful. I would visit again in a heartbeat. My stay was top notch. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had such a lovely and comfortable stay. It had so much room, the spaces were well designed and laid out, and it was just plain beautiful! Very well renovated. We loved working with the rental company too. They were super communicative and responsive and willing to work with us. Way better than other mountain rental companies by far! Highly recommend this place. It was so enjoyable.

Great accomodations! the condo was super clean, spacious, and modern. the kids loved the pool, the cozy living room, and all of the games. The views are amazing, especially from the awesome deck! Christy was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kiddos
