House holiday rentals in Breckenridge

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay for a girls spring skiing trip! This home is stunning inside and out with so much natural light throughout situated on the very top of the neighborhood mountain side overlooking gorgeous views. We especially loved that it backed up to forest land which made it feel so very private and immersed in nature. We even had a special fox visitor in our backyard two days in a row. It really had everything we could’ve asked for! I would 100% stay here again.

The home and its views are as beautiful as they seem from the pictures. Plenty of space for a large group, clean, and impeccably decorated and modern. We loved the lake house (paddleboards etc. aren't available for rent until Memorial Day weekend), and used it several times for paddleboarding, hot tubbing, and grilling. Would also like to return when the observatory is working again.

Highly recommend this property! Not only did it have plenty of space, it was very clean! The beds were cozy unlike previous airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They provided plenty of suggestions for restaurants and grocery, as well as hikes and general things to do around town. The drive into Breckenridge was super easy and yet far enough outside of it that you didn’t feel the chaos of the town!

My family loves this home so much that we returned for a second stay. It was exactly as we remembered it. Perfect location, a few minutes away from town, secluded and peaceful in the mountains. Beautiful home that is warm and comfortable with all the amenities needed. I personally love the whirlpool tub in the primary bathroom after a long day of skiing. We were lucky to have fresh snow all weekend and the children played and sled in the front yard for hours. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a great stay for our family. The views were top tier, the place was beautiful and well stocked with the essentials. Scott was very accommodating, fast to respond and helpful with the check in process. We can't wait to be back!

Jessica’s place was perfect for our family, and maybe the most responsive/helpful host we’ve had so far. The house is unique and stands out from other typical mountain cabins. Tons of natural light and beautiful design, and wonderful amenities like the pizza oven and sauna. Can’t recommend the cabin or Jessica as host any higher!

Beautiful view of the mountains and great place to stay - felt like home. Thank you for sharing this house with us. Spacious rooms, full kitchen with appliances. Plenty of gathering area to enjoy family time. We definitely weren’t ready to leave and if we are back in the area, will stay again.

It was very fun to stay in the Hexagon! Walkable to Peak 8 base so it was extremely convenient. Great place to relax after a long day skiing with HOT TUB! Close to town of Breck for shops and restaurants!

We loved our stay over spring break. Close to Breckenridge. Comfortable for 6 of us! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with my sister. Hot tub was amazing! So beautiful and peaceful at the house!

Anna thought of everything, I brought my little dog and was surprised to see bowls, a gate and treats for her! The space is beautiful, cozy and well equipped with everything we needed, the views are breathtaking, even saw a couple of moose! Only a 25min drive to breck with great views of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

Karen’s place was perfect for our group of nine! The house was clean, spacious, and had stunning views from almost every room. There was plenty of parking, and the location was both private and super convenient for our snowboarding trip. Karen was an amazing host, she communicated with us really well and responded to messages quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again!

Beautiful home. Location was a little outside town, but an easy 10 minute drive. Twice we saw a moose on that drive. Home was plenty big for our family of ten. We made all our meals at home with ease bc kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Like other reviews, the deck with the view is really the gem of this location.

Beautiful home in a quiet community setting. From the comfortable furniture and beds to the peaceful porches and hot tub, we had a wonderful stay. The home is very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated and we appreciated the kitchen with all the cookware you could need. It snowed while we were there and sitting in the 8 person hot tub was especially relaxing. Highly recommend!
