Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Branford

Another wonderful stay! Last year we stayed in the downstairs apartment, and this year we were on the second floor. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed. The yard is beautifully kept and the deck was so relaxing. It's a peaceful location, but 5 minutes away from the mall, Target and grocery stores which is very convenient! We were happy to stay and would gladly return another time.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Milford! Each room/space was spotless, the furniture was super comfortable, and everything was stocked well. They clearly want their guests to feel at home. We appreciated how flexible and understanding the hosts were for check in and check out. Plus there were so many incredible walkable restaurants/bars nearby- and the hosts gave lots of great recs! We’ll definitely book again here next time we’re in the area!

Our stay was very comfortable! We all appreciate the cleanliness of the home. The furniture, fixtures, and linens were well kept and we loved all of the natural light. Shelley provided thorough and proactive instruction and checked in midway through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay again.

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

Oyi was quick to respond with every question we had, her recommendations were spot on. The apartment was spectacular, very elegant and tastefully decorated. Pristine and chic, every detail was well sorted out from distinctive furnishings to lightings and amenities. Comfy beds, pillows paired with perfectly posh linens. Details in each room is well balanced. You can choose to order in or eat out you won’t be disappointed! You won’t regret your stay at Oyi’s. I will definitely stay at Oyi’s elegant space again! 💕

Lori was very accommodating to us with early check in. The beds were super comfortable, and I was so happy to see that she had two king sized beds and one queen! Perfect for our family. Beautiful linens, tons of comfy white towels in the bathrooms. Really a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay at! We stayed here for a wedding in the area and it was amazing, very lovely home with a beautiful beach right down the road. Not a single issue while we were here. Wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer

My friends and I were college suite mates and we like to get together away from family and work responsibilities. Ana’s house was perfect for our get together, it is spacious with beautiful touches. Most impressively were the views from every window, unique and beautiful. Within an hour of our arrival we were relaxed and peaceful! You won’t be disappointed.

We are a group of 5 women who have been getting together for long weekends once or twice a year for many years. Brenda and Dean’s place is one of the most wonderful homes we have stayed in. They are terrific hosts — communicate quickly, answer all questions and are very generous in the treats provided. The house is perfect - exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, lots of seating and a lovely view. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Suzanne’s home is beautiful and felt like being in our own home. The property is serene and very private. The house and kitchen were well equipped for cooking. Suzanne was so easy to communicate with pre during and post stay. We have family in the area so I hope to be back again.

Field of Dreams is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. Brenda is an attentive, gracious, and thoughtful host. My family and I stayed there for four stellar days over Memorial Day for my daughter’s college graduation. We hosted a big family dinner with a private chef that was excellent. And Brenda really helped us with some of the details. This is a lovely home and I highly recommend it.

The details are what made all the difference, from disposable eye masks and ear plugs to the milk for coffee in the refrigerator and tower of snacks. Unlike any other place we have stayed, we felt that the hosts sincerely cared about our comfort and well-being! The home was beautiful, spotless, cheery, and bright. I loved finding little surprising touches in the garden out back and throughout the home. The welcome book has great recommendations. This will be our go to place any time we return to the area! We were traveling to CT for a funeral and our moods were super down in the dumps to begin with. Staying at an AirBnB often feels much more comfortable and familiar to us as a family and we are so glad to have found this adorable cottage with an amazing host. We received super clear instructions on how to access the home and how best to leave it upon check out. The space was clean, comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us plus our dog. It is a short walk to the beach and in a very safe and hospitable area. Major needs, great restaurants and grocery are all a short drive away and very convenient. Kristine was communicative and responsive throughout our stay and was very friendly. It truly felt like home away from home which is exactly what we were looking for. A bonus- the water pressure in the shower is phenomenal! Would likely stay there again if we find ourselves visiting Branford in the future. Thank you Kristine!

Great spot and at a really good price. Was visiting for a Yale event and was near enough to feel close without being too close to downtown. The area around the place is also super cute and not one I had explored previously. Huge plus for some good coffee shops nearby and of course Pepe’s. Camila was a great and responsive host. 10/10 would recommend Camila and this spot.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!
