Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bradford

I booked this spot for my birthday/ mother & daughter getaway and was not disappointed! The views were great and the whole place was very relaxing. Angela was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We traveled with my 3 year old rescue dog and he had the time of his life. There was plenty of space for him to run around! We will certainly be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. It is clean, spacious, and the views are stunning, just a short walk to Dewey beach and Sunapee town. Highly recommend! Perhaps the only (minor) downside was that the place was short on household supplies and there were no grocery stores within a walking distance.

The 18th century farmhouse is tucked away on a dead end street, quiet and serene. Every morning and evening I expected to look out and see a moose coming up through the bog from across the street to no avail. I did see birds, especially woodpeckers on the feeders, chickens and a cow at the front door. Michael and Melissa were welcoming hosts, the house was well equipped from the kitchen necessities to the bounty of bath towels. The restoration of the home has been done with craftsman's hand with a modern feel. It has also been decorated for the farm house look. Someone loves games galore as I've never seen that many and type in one place before, family time? I did say chickens and Melissa left us a dozen of her fresh farm eggs to enjoy. Thanks. We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

Caitlin put up my own mid-term tenant for a few nights while his place underwent some unexpected construction. Caitlin helped us out big-time by providing an early check-in. My tenant was happy with the space, especially the peace and quiet, lol. As a host, Caitlin was very responsive and made communication easy.

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

Lovely place. Nice and quiet with lots of natural light. The bed and couch were super comfy and the sheets were so soft! Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and pleasant and I will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area. If you take a baking class at King Arthur Flour like I did, this is a great place to stay - less than 15 min away.

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

I made the right decision when I chose to stay at Jaki's place. The kitchen was fully equipped so that I could prepare my meals at home and the private deck was a bonus. The location was quiet and felt tucked away, while only being a five-minute walk to downtown. The check-in process was super easy and Jaki made it her priority to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

This apartment was a great space to stay in! Very roomy, very clean, very well designed space. Very close to all things in Concord - a great city. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a basic supper.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful, very nice people who make you feel right at home. need anything just ask they will be right there. The place is homey with livestock which you can feed snacks too which is awesome, very informative as well about the livestock. Definitely Recommend and when we stay in the area again Definitely first place we will look for to stay at. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay, very comfortable and well appointed and great outdoor setting too. The area is lovely and Linda’s place is perfect to stay to explore the area and Linda is a great host.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

Nice outdoor private deck facing beautiful greenery.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!
