Holiday rentals with lake access in Bradenton Beach

The house was gorgeous! Also, Nicole was an amazing host. She made sure to make us feel at home and was very responsive to all of the questions that we have.

We stay in the Bradenton/AMI area yearly and Richard’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood on the canal and just a few minutes drive to the beach and shops. The spacious kitchen and living area was fantastic for preparing meals and still enjoyed being connected with the group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and very comfortable. Richard was very responsive and communicated very well. We did have a couple small hiccups with some electrical breakers from the tropical storm that hit the area just before our stay but Richard gave us a heads up ahead of time and communicated all updates regarding repair. Thankfully all issues were very minor and we were able to enjoy our vacation with minimal adjustments. The house has some basic cooking seasonings but lots of cooking utensils and pots/pans. A few small pool towels were there but I do recommend bringing beach towels as he suggests in his listing. A few beach chairs and coolers also available.

This is my second time staying here and perfect as before. Friendly and fast communication. Will stay here again. Has all the amenities you could need. House and pool pristine. Well worth the money. Thank you for making our stay perfect.

This was definitely one of my favorite air b&bs I have ever stayed at! The house was absolutely stunning, the rooms were perfect, bathrooms amazing, pool was crisp and cool! I could go on and on about this place! The host was proactive and responded almost immediately to all my messages! This place was a 10/10! Plus there’s a sit down and table in the pool?! Loveeeeeed it!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Convenient location to the airport and beautiful interior!

Kevin’s place was impeccable- beautifully decorated and clean. The location is great for access to hot spots and restaurants. Feels like a private oasis, the pool and hot tub are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend this place and will be back.

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was so cute and right in the middle of everything. If I ever find myself staying over in the Tampa area again, this will definitely be somewhere I come back to!

I had the most beautiful time❤️The accommodations were perfect and Kristen is a very gracious host. The settings ideal with a resident horse and cow . There is a grill and a pool and a washer/dryer. The setting is very private and the space is well appointed. Kristen goes out of her way to ensure that a fun, relaxing and memorable time is had. I truly appreciated how pet friendly the property was also. It was beyond perfect😊🌸💕🐴

I absolutely loved the place. The cabins are very simple, but perfectly clean and functional as a place to spend the night. The music each evening was wonderful. The beer and the food was good. The scenery was wonderful. We rented kayaks and went up to linger Lodge. I will definitely go back.

This was our second year of spending a month at Aileen's place. Again, it was so perfect for my husband and I. We did have guests stay for a couple of nights and the air mattress is REALLY nice! Everything about the space is so wonderful. Clean, cute, everything you would need for a month. It is also close to so many beaches (Fort Desoto Park ( our favorite), St. Pete's beach, and Anna Maria Island beaches. It's close to all that Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Sarasota have to offer. We felt right at home the day we arrived and it was hard to say good-bye. We definitely hope to visit again!

Such a cute little spot. Very kid friendly and the beds were comfortable. My son caught his first fish here so precious memories were made. Will definitely be back!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)
