Holiday rentals with beach access in Bradenton Beach

We LOVED our stay at One Shell Cove, and hope to be back! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or view. The kitchen was so well-appointed that we chose to buy fresh shrimp and grouper and eat outside while listening to the waves crash. The entire condo was spotless, and the king bed was comfortable. We used the beach chairs provided and swam in the perfect Gulf waters. The condo is walking distance from a Circle K and several restaurants. Although it's on a public beach, the area was quiet and peaceful and we were not disturbed. I would highly recommend this condo and its wonderful Host!

Perfection! Scott was such a responsive and accommodating host. Scott knew we had an early flight, and he let us check in as soon as their place was ready. Scott even made sure there was a pack n play for our little one, which exceeded our expectations. The location directly on the beach made sunsets after a busy day so relaxing. We got to see a lot of seabirds and dolphins right from the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean throughout with a fully functioning kitchen and all necessary beach supplies. We made unforgettable memories for our first Florida family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better location with the best host. Thank you so much!

The beach is literally steps away, but truthfully, I barely needed to leave the property. The pool is warm and inviting, the lounge areas are serene, and the attention to detail throughout the space is unmatched. My friend and I come from Oregon and this was a perfect place and location! There were so many great restaurants nearby and the bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on. When we checked in as well they already had the AC on and we walked in a fresh chilly room it was perfect. I definitely recommend and will be coming back :)

I came down with 2 friends for a moms getaway and we had a wonderful time. This sweet little house is perfect and we will definitely be back. Amy is so nice and accommodating. The house was very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful beach home! Everything was exactly as described. My family usually packs up everything, down to household items like paper towels, hand/dish soap, toilet paper, laundry supplies, etc, and drive to our destination. We flew this time (first time to AMI/ Holmes Beach) and didn’t have room to pack all of that. Not to worry- it was all provided! Beach equipment- all provided! Now, I was a little skeptical upon booking about that walk to the beach, as we are used to staying directly on the beach. However, that was an easier walk to the beach than any place we’ve ever stayed! And location!!! We practically had the beach to ourselves, which we enjoyed! It was so peaceful. Mark is a very responsive host. He checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re considering this property, book it. You won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend FamilyTides and AMI/ Holmes Beach! Thank you to Mark and his wife!

From the minute you get there the grounds are beautifully kept, crisp and lush. Inside was immaculate and the fenced, private backyard with pool did not disappoint. Tropical landscape, a variety of comfy options for relaxing or dining and the pool was perfect! We paid extra to have it heated and it was totally worth it…especially for my young children(3 and 7) to swim and not shiver:-). This place has a nice light, airy, relaxed, indoor outdoor vibe! My parents traveled with us as well and also loved it! The very short walk to the beach was perfect and opened up to this beautiful, seemingly private beach. You could see the public beach down a bit where there were quite a few umbrellas, but no one around where we were. Very nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet as well. Communicating with the host was very easy and she always responded. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back.

Fantastic location! Just a short walk to the beach, and conveniently close to a grocery store and bus stop. The property also has a garage, which made it easy for us to drive while exploring the island. The space was cool, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay.

Just book it! Scott and his wife have been nothing shy of amazing, property was super clean and the perfect get away spot, super close to beaches, preserves, restaurants and activities. Our family had an absolute blast and they have been super helpful through our whole trip! Will definitely book in the future 10/10 😊

My husband and I booked a VERY last-minute stay on AMI and Duncan's place was available (one of the few affordable places still for rent on the island). We had the top floor of his triplex. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms...Big open kitchen, living area, and enclosed porch with the dining room and another seating area. Very clean!! It was perfect for us. Walk about one minute in one direction, you could sit on a bench on the bay side and watch the sunrise...walk about three minutes in the other direction, you're on one of the best beaches in Florida. There was a wagon, umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your use. It was SO handy for the beach! You can walk to shopping and restaurants with no problem or take the free Trolley. We did both! Duncan was super responsive and even was able to get us in two hours early, even on a holiday weekend with renters checking out. This was a HUGE plus to me! I would absolutely book this place again!
