This small rustic unique cottage is ready for you to enjoy on Buttermilk Bay. Located within a sought after cape style cottage community. It offers a Pristine Private Association Beach. There are water views from both the living room and deck. Grab the provided beach chairs, cooler and walk a 140 steps from the deck to the beach. Location! Close to Cape Cod Canal, many restaurants, beaches, walking trails, Golf Courses, and Cape Cod Bridge (5 min).

Seaglass Cottage

Welcome to your home away from home in this cozy cottage just 200 yards from the neighborhood beach. This 600 sq. foot cottage has two small bedrooms, and a common area with all the necessary amenities. Main St amenities, town park, and the Cape Cod Canal are all an easy walking distance of less than a mile. Walking trails, shopping centers, beaches, water park, historical sites and so many other adventures are a short drive away.

Efficient, bright, half-basement studio with large french door entrance looking out on front yard. Includes brand-new queen-size bed, a full bathroom with shower, large closet, lounge space, and well-equipped kitchenette with dining table. Wifi and a ROKU monitor. There is no cable service. Quiet, ideal location in the woods, near shops, restaurant, beach and bike path. Parking space right at the front door. No pets please!

Enjoy a beautiful scenic 8.5 mile ride winding your way thru the Sippewisset marsh and along the coastline to the seaside village of Woods Hole. Where you can enjoy the local restaurants ,shops and science learning or jump on the ferry to Marta’s Vineyard.

Beach Cottage, without going over bridges to Cape!

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
