This is a private quiet downstairs suite. The suite includes a small bedroom with a full bed, a fully remodeled private bathroom with tub, a living area with a large flat screen TV with Netflix, and access to sitting area on the back patio. We have been AirBnB travellers for a long time so we understand what makes a stay special. This "cozy" unit has great amenities and very responsive hosts! Conveniently located in the NoBo Art District, very close to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, 5 min walk to the bus stop, 3 miles to Folsom Field, 2 miles from Pearl St Mall, a huge screen TV and comfy linens. The Wonderland Lake hiking trails and the Boulder Paragliding launch point are just right outside the door!
