Lovely stay! The location was perfect—close to great trails and tucked into a peaceful area. The backyard space was a real bonus, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautifully designed and in a fantastic location! Yes it is a bit pricey but it was worth it for us.

Ed’s place is a nice gem in Boulder! Ed was very accommodating and communicative during my stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean. The location is also conveniently located and quiet. I fully recommend!

Dan’s place was perfect for our family of 5 plus a baby! The space was perfect and well appointed! Dan provided everything we needed and more. He was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend his house when you’re in Boulder!

We found Megan’s home after a previously arranged rental was sold. We feel very lucky to have landed at Megan’s. My wife, daughter, and I had ample room and the home was beautifully decorated. It included everything we needed. Its patio and backyard trees created a delightful place to sit outside. There was wick access to trails; within about a half mile I was running by prairie dogs. The house is only a few minutes from Pearl Street and, importantly for us as we were visiting family and also like the larger area, convenient to the neighboring towns. Megan was proactive snd responsive, and was a wonderful host. We absolutely recommend her home as a landing spot in the Front Range area.

We loved Nil’s place. This is the second year in a row that we have spent the holidays, visiting nearby family, at this Airbnb. When we saw it was available for our dates this year, we didn’t hesitate to rebook, Although this is a townhouse it is very large, with 3 bedrooms on a split level downstairs and the main living area upstairs. There is also a beautiful loft in the living area. The features we really enjoy, in addition to the great communication with the hosts, are the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful African artwork displayed everywhere. Plus, everything works seamlessly. The owners lives in the unit, so it isn’t one of those sterile rentals with only the basics. They keep the place in top shape! Our grandkids (8 and 11) spent a few nights with us and were super excited to return again this year!

I really enjoyed my stay at this clean. spacious and updated basement room. Easy access to anywhere. Huge TV with a great work space. Loved the bed slept well.

This place was the perfect size for two couples and we had others over for a breakfast. This is very easy to get to and located walking distance to the Boulder-Denver Airport bus.

Very comfortable accommodation and friendly host. The room was just as described. Comfortable bed, room air conditioner or open for a breeze, nice deck with two chairs, very clean bathroom, use of kitchen, dining and living rooms if desired. Host gave us great local suggestions. We enjoyed our stay. (Note the skylight that is pictured if you require darkness to sleep.)

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kendra’s place. Check-in was a breeze, and the place was beautiful. It was perfect for what we needed to attend my son’s graduation at CU. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home, the decor was charming and the location was so peaceful. We sat on the patio every morning drinking coffee, enjoying the sunrise sounds of birds. Kendra was so nice and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed!

A terrific place for a quiet stay in Boulder! And the pool was a welcome respite from the heat! A great location and comfy space. Highly recommended.

Debra's home was the perfect place to stay in Boulder! It is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The home is very clean and welcoming...we felt right at home! Debra was very responsive and communicative. She is a wonderful host and we will definitely like to stay here again when we come to Boulder!

A well-apportioned townhouse , lovely finishes, so comfortable in a quiet , beautiful neighborhood

We loved the location of Nancy’s place! We walked to the park on the river everyday. Loved her eclectic furnishings. The porches on the front and back of the condo were also used multiple times a day by our group. It really felt like a “home” rather than a rental. Beds were soooooo comfy. I wouldn’t call it a true two bedroom, though. There is a loft space right when you walk upstairs, and then a bedroom with a door (but it has a section by the windows that is open to the living room downstairs). Having the extra half bathroom downstairs was perfect since we had four people staying there. We would definitely stay here again!

A truly great oasis in Boulder. Really lovely home that is clean, thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was also so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Raga was an amazing host. The townhouse was beautiful and the amenities and supplies were well thought out. We lacked for nothing. North Boulder is a beautiful and quiet area and the front range, Wonderland Park and Lake were only a few yards away. We were able to take long walks every morning. We are looking forward to staying at Raga's townhome in the future. Excellent value and a relaxing home.

My husband and I were in town for continuing education classes and Aiden was a great host. We checked in after 9 pm and he was there to show us to our private room and bathroom in the house. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our time at Aiden’s place and would recommend staying with him!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very clean. Well stocked with all the amenities needed for a great stay.

Perfect location on a quiet street in a pretty neighborhood within walking distance of the Pearl Street amenities AND the Mark and Mindy house. Proximity to Laughing Goat Coffee was a bonus and we spent each morning people watching and listening in on the conversations of the people of Boulder. We give the cleaning service 5 stars, and checkout was a breeze as 1) we were not asked to do anything but lock the doors and 2) we were able to keep our suitcases in the home after checkout as we had a late flight. 5 stars for making us feel welcomed! Local vacation rental rules specify that the rental property must be the owner's principal residence, so know that there are many personal effects, family photos, etc throughout the place. The kitchen was stocked. We'd love to return!
