House holiday rentals in Boulder County

This was a lovely home, everything was exactly as described, if not better than expected. Very quiet neighborhood. We were there for move-in week at CU Boulder, and this was a perfect solution to needing space for multiple family members. We were able to get to campus, Pearl Street Mall, nature and great restaurants / shopping very quickly. This home is perfectly located. Joaquin was responsive, helpful with dining recommendations, and gave very clear directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Airbnb ever. Great balance of livability and workability. The shed in the back was perfect to set up my home office away from home. The tank pool was fun to float in on the warm days, the fire pit was great to sit around after a storm on the cool day. There were helpful notes throughout, and it was stocked with essentials that one may have forgotten. The hosts were responsive, friendly and clearly take pride in helping ensure we had a nice stay. I would star again without hesitation. The only downside was we had to leave! But I guess that’s a “me” problem. 🤣 can’t say enough good things about this place and our experience.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

From even before we arrived Michael was responsive and helpful, which made us feel so very welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Any problem we had, no matter how small, was responded to immediately and with a perfect solution. The home itself was comfortable with plenty of towels, hangers and places to sit! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The location was a new one for us and there was a pleasant trail and easy walk (~20 minutes) to many interesting coffee places. We appreciate Michael for making our stay so comfortable, homey and easy

Incredibly kind. Honest and open communication. I stayed with my three, (unforeseen) ill children and still enjoyed the small “faerie nook,” as my daughter called it. I’d love to return with perhaps another lady or two for a quiet ladies’ weekend, with a just one significant other or even alone for some quiet reflection.

Natalie’s unit was very clean and comfortable for a four-night stay. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the space, kidded out kitchen, and attention to detail. Natalie is a wonderful host and welcomed us upon arrival. She was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful inside and out. Fully stocked kitchen that we were very excited about and Gregory was so kind to leave a welcome basket and drinks in the fridge! There are hiking trails easily accessible right from the neighborhood. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations! 10/10!

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin in the mountains. You can’t beat the views and we were so comfortable here. If we’re in Boulder again, we’re definitely staying here!

This is a real gem of a place. It was super cozy, clean, well stocked and an excellent location. The queen bed was very comfortable and the claw foot tub was a nice addition after a long day on our feet. We also love the locally made art and quirkiness of the space. Aaron was really helpful and clear with instructions and we felt right at home.

Was a fantastic and beautiful place to stay. The surrounding are gorgeous and the home is well designed and beautiful. Would be delighted to stay in again. The hosts were wonderful !

This was everything we expected and more. Fresh flowers throughout the house. Beautiful home and scenery. We planned on eating out a few days, but the kitchen and entertaining area was so amazing, we didn’t leave and cooked all of our meals in the exquisite kitchen. The bedrooms and details to everything made this an amazing vacation for my family.

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Leah was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating — we truly can’t thank her enough! We had the pleasure of staying at her place for 2 nights, while hiking through Estes Park and Roosevelt National Forest. The location was ideal — about 45 minutes to an hour from both destinations — nestled in a quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. The unit itself was so cozy and inviting. My partner and I immediately felt at home, which made all the difference after long days of hiking. Everything was just right — from the soft, comfy mattress and sheets (we both slept like rocks!) to the temperature of the unit. Now, the couch… wow. Genuinely one of the softest, most comfortable couches I’ve ever experienced, paired with the perfectly placed TV. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked with everything you’d need — including a dishwasher. The bathroom and shower were also spacious, and we never ran out of hot water. Truly, everything exceeded our expectations!

Amazing place! Loved my stay at Gretchen's place. Its a very short drive away from pearl street, some beautiful hiking trails in Boulder, and many other fun places to visit in Boulder. Gretchen was super helpful and responsive which made our check-in and check-out very seamless.

We had a great stay! The rooms were a nice size- comfortable and clean & the view was absolutely gorgeous. The sauna was a really nice touch and made the experience even more relaxing. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Would definitely stay here again in the summer!

Great place in cute downtown Lafayette. Basement unit was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were good. Good communication and host responsiveness. Right next to Tangerine-nice breakfast spot. Walkable to several restaurants.

Everything about Chris and Lindsay's place is pitch perfect. When I first arrived I worried about the busy street, but found the path around to a quiet garden oasis and the entrance. Chris and Lindsay greeted me with a bottle of wine in honor of my daughter's wedding (reason for my visit), and a note offering to bring speciality coffee over every morning if I didn't want to use the Kerig to make my own. The place is completely stocked -- from bathroom (lotion, hair, bath) to bedroom (eye shades and lavender spray) to kitchen (appliances, pots and pans, dishes and coffee). It is a completely new and very tasteful interior and exterior design. build. The rooftop deck is a lovely spot for a meal or just drinks on the sofa. I could not have asked for a more perfect spot to stay!
