Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Boulder

This place was absolutely perfect for my visit to CU boulder to see my daughter - it's super close (and walkable) to campus! But more than that the room was SUPER clean and had everything I needed for my weekend stay! The bed was very cozy, really nice bed linens and towels an they even had bathroom essentials like shampoo and conditioner. Liz and Larry are exceptional hosts and I will for sure stay here again next time I come to visit. Thank you so much Liz and Larry for providing a perfect place for my visit!

We stayed at Victoria's place for our daughter's graduation. It was the perfect place to come and go from! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and flexible. We loved our time at her place and would highly recommend it to anyone else!

What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed and fully decked out with everything we needed. The privacy and views were spectacular — an incredible mountain retreat close to Boulder. We enjoyed the large-screen TVs, comfy furniture, and the hot tub — perfect for unwinding. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet was lightning fast. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances, and dishes we needed to prepare several dinners. Bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — we felt right at home. We loved every second of our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

Perfect location to enjoy Boulder. Very comfortable. Loved spending mornings enjoying coffee on the patio.

Awesome stay. We were hardly there but it was super cozy. Didn’t use the gym or fire pit but those are nice additions. Her doggos are very nice and friendly too! My favorite was the tea setup and being able to have a cup before bed each night. Comfy beds, cozy vibe, well stocked, plush bedding and towels - no notes it was great. Thank you Christen!

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Carol was a great host. I felt very comfortable in the apartment below her. It was clean, quiet and comfy. It had easy access and I appreciated the binder she put together that describes recommendations for hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc! She deff works hard to make you feel right at home! I would stay here again in the future when I visit Boulder!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. Mark was super sweet we checked in kind of late and couldn’t find the place and he responded to our message pretty quickly came out and walked us around to the entrance and was super super friendly.

Really beautiful space with nice decorative and personal touches. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the design. The hosts were very communicative, thoughtful and lovely. I'd come back again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend!

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

This establishment was the first Airbnb I booked that looked exactly as shown in the picture. Great amenities and beautiful aesthetics, I loved my stay and will recommend it to anyone.

This 3 BR condo was a super cute and comfortable place to stay for our son's wedding in the Boulder area. Everything was exactly as described and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with high quality supplies. The unit has standard cable which made it very easy to watch shows and sports when we had free time. Parking in the front of the unit was readily available, and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street easily. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 5 star accommodation, that I highly recommend! Clean, cosy and quiet! Super easy access to the Rocky Mountains National Park and the nice spa area are a great addition.

Barbara's place is fantastic! Great location to walk to Pearl St area, quiet and safe. TONS of great restaurants, shopping, ability to safely stroll the neighborhood. My sister and I did a 3 night stay for a little get away and it was wonderful to each have our own bedroom and bathroom, a great kitchen/dining/living room area to prepare meals and relax in the evenings to chat and catch up. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Nice dark curtains in the bed room to block out the light when sleeping. Lots of beautiful light streaming in to the living room area and ability to open the windows and balcony screen door for fresh air. Barbara is an excellent communicator and host and we highly recommend her place and would stay there again when our travels take us back to Boulder.

This was a good spot for a couple of nights. Dani was very responsive and clear in all her communications. There were little touches like candy on the table that made it feel like she really cares about her guests.
