Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bouc-Bel-Air

fabulous place. oasis. refreshing cold pool. great views. got to use the bikes (the hill home is a killer be warned!) and eat al fresco most nights. great park for walking/running just 5 min away.

Where to even start! Cyril is an AMAZING host and such an extremely kind and joyous person to talk to! We had great communication with check in/out, as well as he gave us recommendations as to what to do nearby when our original plans fell through! The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh juice, jams, and butter, as well as breakfast delivered to us each morning! This has been my favorite airbnb stay of all time, and really made for such a local feel to our trip. I can’t wait to come back the next time I’m in AIX; my fiancé and I had such a great time and can’t recommend Cyril’s place enough!

The beautiful room with outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining room had everything it needed for relaxing days. A fragrant, tasteful bedroom with good Bed and beautiful linen, a wonderful covered and well-kept dining area with outdoor kitchen, functionally furnished. A large pool, always available and larger than in the pictures, wonderful in hot temperatures after an excursion - and even illuminated at night. A central location to explore Provence and the Camargue, on an absolutely private and large estate with the landlady Marie Agnes and her discreet family. In a quiet, friendly and pleasant way, Marie Agnes read our every wish from our eyes and gave good tips for the area. Beautiful bird and frog concert in the evening. We had a lovely week of vacation at this large property, with a beautiful exterior and very well maintained by Franck. I confirm: none opposite and a real swimming pool (not a paddling pool or a tiny pool!) just for you. You might even be lucky enough to spot a few visiting squirrels. The house is very well equipped: you will not miss anything. Nearby, you will find all types of shops — small, medium and even very large supermarkets, you will be spoilt for choice. Just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille, the region also offers many beaches and walks to discover. Muriel and Franck are discreet hosts, but at the same time very available, caring and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little corner of pine forest with us in the heart of Provence!

High-quality accommodation in a peaceful environment. Anne and her husband are very friendly and considerate, we had very pleasant conversations.

A beautiful home in Simiane, close to vineyards in the Provence countryside but also close to Aix! Very clean and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. It’s warm in the summer but the fans help, even though you can’t open the windows at night due to bugs. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all the amenities. It was wonderful to have two floors, two patio areas, two bathrooms. Great communication with a wonderful host. Definitely recommend!

A family stay for a few days for an absolutely rejuvenating break. House perched in a small quiet village, with magnificent views of the Provençal countryside. It is a place that exudes tranquility. House full of charm, authentic, with beautiful spaces on several levels (the children loved the dedicated living room with the console and games). Beautiful pool and elevated jacuzzi with unobstructed view: a real favorite! Everything is clean, well maintained and as advertised. We enjoyed the quiet, the nearby walks and the sunsets from the terrace. The song of the cicadas adds a real holiday atmosphere in Provence. Well-equipped accommodation, perfect for enjoying a natural setting while being close to Aix, Marseille or Cassis. Plan good shoes for the stairs (which are also part of the charm of the place). We highly recommend this house for families or couples looking for calm, nature and authenticity

michel's apartment is ideally located for visiting Aix en Provence, 10 minutes walk from several tourist places and the city center...his apartment is a haven of peace, decorated with great taste,a green and intimate terrace. Everything was well thought out in the layout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the bathroom to the very comfortable bedding...a pleasure to rest after wandering through the streets of Aix ... and finally a host, Michel,very considerate, very kind. For a charming and relaxing vacation, this is the ideal place... thank you again

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Juliette’s property was exactly as described. A very comfortable apartment, decorated with a relaxed, restful theme in a brilliant location. A bottle of Rosé was left for us. The kitchen was well equipped including coffee capsules. The absolute standout feature was the terrace. Equally brilliant for morning coffee and aperitifs. Because the apartment is on the top (4th) floor facing away from the street below, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Juliette is a generous property owner who has created a welcoming, comfortable home in the centre of Aix-en-Provence. Paid secure parking is available around the corner. Juliette is certainly a superhost. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights! Thank you.

Lise has incredible taste, very similar to our own. We loved the apartment, the air conditioning was a blessing, the rooftop terrace was heavenly and the location was hard to beat. If we ever come to Aix again, we will definitely book Lise’s apartment. She was also very helpful and responsive. We can’t thank you enough as it was a brilliant start to our holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Great city centre location, exactly as described

Thanks to Laurence for her welcome, her very well-equipped accommodation (commechez soi), spacious with private and quiet garden. Beautiful birdsong and no disturbing barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

Nice, fresh and bright accommodation. The sofa bed was good. Protected patio. The proximity to the train station was excellent.

Very nice centrally located apartment with great amenities. Although the apartment is right by the ferry port, it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. Bonus points for the very comfortable bed. Manuel was always available and welcomed us warmly :)

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance of the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful bathing opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.
