Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bouc-Bel-Air

Bernard and Geneviève are a lovely couple and their accommodation is very high quality. We came with my husband and enjoyed the exchange and kindness of Bernard and Geneviève but also the accommodation which is very spacious, very clean, well arranged and the decoration. It feels really good in every way. We won't hesitate to return! Access to the pool is great and the place is really quiet. The small bottle of water on our arrival is very much appreciated.

Overall, a very nice stay with a great location and a great outdoor area, which was very pleasant, especially in the evening. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement: The equipment is rather simple - for example, a grill, placemats or tablecloths were missing. Upholstery on the chairs and sun protection such as an awning or a parasol would also have been desirable. We found lawn mowing after 8:15 p.m. to be somewhat disturbing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

We had a lovely week of vacation at this large property, with a beautiful exterior and very well maintained by Franck. I confirm: none opposite and a real swimming pool (not a paddling pool or a tiny pool!) just for you. You might even be lucky enough to spot a few visiting squirrels. The house is very well equipped: you will not miss anything. Nearby, you will find all types of shops — small, medium and even very large supermarkets, you will be spoilt for choice. Just 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille, the region also offers many beaches and walks to discover. Muriel and Franck are discreet hosts, but at the same time very available, caring and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little corner of pine forest with us in the heart of Provence!

A beautiful country house, in a very peaceful location, ideally located for visiting Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and the calanques of Cassis. Magali is very responsive and kind enough to send her son to pick me up from Aix TGV station. It feels good in the house, very good for disconnection. I recommend

Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

A wonderful and peaceful stay in Nathalie’s home. We appreciated the quietness of the area, the greenery, and ample sun her backyard provided. By the end of our stay, we didn’t want to leave! I hope to return one day in the near future.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The stay at Coralie's was very relaxing and welcoming. A wonderful place for yourself with everything you need for a short or longer stay.. Coralie is very friendly and pleasant in communication. In short, I would love to come back!

Excellent 2-day stay for us! The accommodation was impeccably clean, very well equipped (washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, wifi, fridge etc.) You feel good there right away. The host was very responsive, everything was easy. Bonus: superb decor! The village is full of charm even if access is via narrow and sloping alleys with stairs. The only downside: parking spaces. Traveling with a baby, no worries. I recommend ++!

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Laurence for her welcome, her very well-equipped accommodation (commechez soi), spacious with private and quiet garden. Beautiful birdsong and no disturbing barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

5 mins to the beach. It’s a very nice spot to sit by the water and enjoy. Host was there to greet us, walk us up and show the apartment.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

Very nice studio, well equipped, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, the self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, which is appreciated. We recommend this accommodation, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

We spent a great week in Gwendolin's beautiful and well-kept apartment and felt right at home. The quiet location within walking distance of the Vallon des Auffes and many beautiful bathing opportunities is perfect. We spent beautiful long evenings on the fantastic roof terrace and would have preferred not to leave at all. Gwendolin was always super easy to reach, flexible and helpful. We would recommend the place to anyone and come back anytime.

We had a very pleasant stay in a clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation, well located 15 min walk from the Rotonde. Buses pass in front of the residence.
