We stayed in Rabah's villa for an extended weekend. There were 9 of us and no impression of being on top of each other. The villa is large and functional. The exterior is splendid and allows you to spend excellent summer days (barbecue, deckchairs, large table, etc.) Rabah is very helpful, I would even say attentive, allowing us to have a wonderful stay. Thanks again for this stay and the host's adaptability. For rent without a second thought!

We had a beautiful stay at Christian and Anne’s place. We travelled with two couples, a toddler and a baby and the space was great for us. Ansouis is a quiet village with a great bakery and restaurant but within close driving distance of other villages to explore too! The pool was a great addition and we enjoyed dining in the outdoor space. Christian and Anne were really responsive with all communications and super flexible with check in and out! Thanks for sharing your place with us, we would love to return one day!

Had the best time, accommodation is cute and so close to the little town everything was walking distance. Prunelle had instructions for everything and was on hand for any questions. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

This house was beautiful. Our family group (4 kids and 4 adults) had a great time in the house. There was plenty of room, lots of places to sit and have privacy but also several choices to all sit as a family for meals or talking. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was also very nice for preparing meals with everyone we needed. We would 100% stay here again and recommend Elisa and Gerard as hosts.

Lovely house in a great, private location in Provence. Extremely well connected to Aix TGV station, Marseille airport, and various quaint villages, as well as Aix en Provence town centre. Cécile is a great host & lovely person - very welcoming & generous. The house has everything needed - big & pristine swimming pool, pétanque, table tennis, beautiful landscaped garden, bbq, well equipped kitchen, A/C, and so on. A beautiful country house, in a very peaceful location, ideally located for visiting Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and the calanques of Cassis. Magali is very responsive and kind enough to send her son to pick me up from Aix TGV station. It feels good in the house, very good for disconnection. I recommend

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. We had a truly amazing stay at this accommodation and completely fell in love with the house, the garden, and the entire area. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Marseille, and there are few places I’ve stayed where the reality is even more beautiful than the photos. It’s hard to put into words just how stunning the house and garden are. The home has been lovingly renovated, and you can really tell that every piece of furniture and detail was chosen with care and great taste. Each room has its own unique charm, the kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped for cooking, and the garden even has a small pool and shower where you can refresh. Penelope was a wonderful host – always available, incredibly helpful, and full of great local tips. If you appreciate thoughtful design, attention to detail, high-quality amenities, proximity to the sea, and cozy evenings in the garden, this is the perfect place for you.

Given the Airbnb rating, we expected a quality experience, and that was the case, very good stay in a superb environment and Damien obviously does his best to satisfy his guests, it's a real pleasure....I highly recommend it! And thank you!

This is a great place to settle and explore Provence from. The unit is located at the back of a large property, making it very private, especially the outdoor dining and entertainment area. The hosts were proactive and friendly. Parking was straightforward, as were the appliances. The pool was nice for a dip or three and sunbathing. It was nice to drink wine and watch the sun set one evening.

Very welcoming host and accommodation with a lot of charm. The only small downside is the two small beds, which are a little small for large sizes. But if you are a family with two children, the accommodation will be perfect for you!

We had a truly wonderful stay at her home. The house is in a very quiet area where all you can hear are birds chirping — it was so peaceful and refreshing. The large garden was absolutely fantastic, especially for our one-year-old daughter. She loved exploring it like a little adventure. The hospitality was exceptional. We were deeply touched by the lovely welcome board, the small gifts at checkout, and the thoughtful treats like wine and sweets. On top of that, there were also fresh olive oil, pepper, herbs, shampoos, and more — everything was perfectly prepared. We were very happy to stay here and already miss Mary and her husband. Stay of a few days spent at Eric's. Really very pleasant stay with a very clean/functional and very pleasant cottage to live in. Eric was able to recommend visits to do/viewpoints to observe that were all great. The location is perfect if you want to travel between Marseille and Aix en Provence, for example. Allauch is, moreover, a very pretty town. Thank you again, we will gladly come back to this accommodation for a future stay in the area.

I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this was my absolute favorite! Hosts are very accommodating and were available at anytime. They provided great recommendations and have a full book of different places to visit in the area. Caroline recommended the zoo and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The home was cozy and tranquil (loved the decor too). The pool was a bonus for our little ones too! Highly recommend staying here! Hope to visit again one day! Merci!

This place was like a dream come true! The hosts (including their dog) were so welcoming. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—it was a perfect set up for our family of 4. We appreciated having a washer, as well as a fridge to store all our market goodies. It was extremely clean. Our children swam in the pool every day, and the location was perfect to explore Provence! We would love to return!

5 stars voor Loics place! We had a great time, we lounched on the comfortable beds in the garden, I went in the jacuzzi (haven one myself but never go, on holidays everything is better) and enjoyed our walks in St. Victoire and the restaurants in Aix. Loic is a super thoughtful host!

We (6 adults, 2 small children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Bastidon. The house was very comfortable, there were no surprises, Michel and Cecile were warm and helpful, and the outdoors with a large seating and dining area was a bonus with the warm June weather. We recommend Le Bastidon to any- and everyone visiting Aix, who is comfortable driving 5 minutes to a nice little shopping center - bakery, butcher, grocery shop, etc. - and 10 minutes to a parking garage in the center of Aix proper.

We had a great stay overall! The place is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The outdoor areas are lovely, and the pool is large—a definite highlight. However, it was set to 23°C, which felt cold to us, so the kids only swam once during our 5-day stay. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the pillows weren’t very comfortable, but everything else was great.
