We had a wonderful stay! The property was delightful with many outstanding features. Very nicely equipped too and the beds so comfortable. Stunning views and space around was perfect. The hosts were excellent...very informative, alwayszavailable and extremely friendly. We'd definitely like to stay here again. The young children loved it too.

Ian is a very good host and responds very quickly to any questions you may have about the property. I have stayed many times at Lime Grove and hopefully will return.

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful location. We had a great stay as a family of 4 and the kids especially loved having the horses in the field out the front. Lucy was a great host! We would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Was a little far for us to walk to town centre, but very easy to get taxis. Would recommend The Pickled Sprout to eat, fantastic food. Harlow Carr gardens beautiful

Juliet’s place is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful, beautiful and very easy to get to Ilkley and surrounding areas! Juliet and her husband have been amazing always making sure I’ve got everything I need. Very knowledgeable and friendly made me feel very welcome and at home. I’ll definitely go back next year and hopefully they will host me again Thank you both

Lovely little cottage tucked away with beautiful views surrounding it. A bit tricky to find as the sat nav stopped before the actual road we needed to turn down, however Jo’s clear instructions really helped. Cosy, lovely cottage. The steps are really steep up to the bedrooms though so be mindful of that. We went with our 4yr old who just loved climbing up them as she thought it was an adventure, and we just brought our baby gate to put at the top for in the night. Pately Bridge is a 10min drive away, although I would advise bringing food with you as shopping options are quite limited in the small town. Be mindful there is no microwave in the kitchen as well for food prep/baby bottles etc. Jo was a lovely host, she sent through a full brochure for us before the trip with lots of local info on. We ate at the Sportman’s Arms about 15min drive from the house as well, which I would highly recommend, also suggested by Jo. Would recommend Jo’s place for anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

This property was one of the best I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully presented and in an incredibly peaceful and idyllic location. Lovers of nature will not be disappointed. The bird song was fabulous and we loved sitting out on the patio each morning watching a variety of birds, including woodpeckers, feeding from the bird feeders that Amanda had placed outside. The property was beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and all the facilities exceeded our expectations. The welcome pack Amanda kindly provided was fabulous, including milk eggs bread butter cereal jam chocolates and biscuits😃 We were blessed with beautiful weather but had the weather been less kind I know we would have had a wonderful stay. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. Thank you Amanda.

What a fantastic place to stay when visiting Harrogate. The house is beautifully presented with everything you could conceivably need. It felt like home as soon as we arrived, the tea, coffee, sugar, milk and the snacks were a welcoming touch. Our 2 year old granddaughter was well catered for with toddler equipment and an excellent range of wooden toys and books. She loved the curtained cubby hole in the top floor bedroom. The bedrooms were great. Large comfy beds and blackout blinds ensuring a great night's sleep. The outdoor space is private and we were able to make the most of the sun. We also had a lovely cosy evening, lighting the wood burner - logs provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend this 3 bedroomed home in Harrogate.

A lovely place to stay, peaceful and calm within walking distance of the town centre and shops. A lot of thought has gone into making the space comfortable and relaxing, we really appreciated the comfy sofas after a long day walking around Harrogate. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Philippa was welcoming and there is a delightful little family dog!

Fantastic location overlooking marketplace in Masham with its beautiful Georgian buildings and independent shops. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Good centre for visiting Ripon, Harrogate, Fountains etc.

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Very nice place to stay in a friendly and quiet location. Close to city centre. Spacious flat with everything provided.

We had the best stay. Shelia responded straight away when I txt her to say there was no tv reception and she sorted it very quickly. The scones were delicious as was the jam and cream to go with them. The whole flat was so cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy also. Very close to Knaresborough town centre and a good walking distance away. You can adjust the heating very easily if cold. I would 100% stay here again. The stairs to get down to the flat are quite steep so just be weary of this if you struggle with steps but I have MS and I managed without too much trouble. The bed is also so comfortable. My husband had I had a great night sleep. 😀

Flat was in a great location, very comfortable and Nigel was a very responsive host helping with early check-in, which was very useful for us. Harrogate is a beautiful town with so much to enjoy and a great vibe and Nigel's flat is a great place to base yourself.

Great place to stay. Fantastic location - very close to centre of town, just yards away from the Market Square. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. My stay there could not have been more enjoyable.

I travelled to Harrogate with 3 friends to celebrate my 70th birthday. this property was perfect for our stay. It was tastefully decorated, very clean. excellent location, and all the little extras like prosseco, milk ,bread , jam and marmalade were particularly nice. Jane has been an excellent hostess, always available when we needed her, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend, and will visit again.

Stay with group of friends, lovely place, perfect location less than a mile walk into centre of beautiful Harrogate. Good parking on drive and road. Very large open plan living area and very comfortable cosy beds. Communication was excellent very responsive.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Had a lovely relaxing stay - just what we needed :-)

This was an ideal spot for us, close enough to easily walk into the centre of Harrogate, and with street parking right outside the house. parking can be quite difficult i some parts of the town, but we never had any trouble getting parked outside and the whole of our parking was covered by the permit provided inside the apartment. We always visit Harlow Carr when we stay in Harrogate and this apartment was on the closest side of Harrogate to Harlow Carr, so great for getting there as well. Would definitely recommend this place, and we will return, I am sure. It is very professionally run, with a link that Jo will send to you so you can see everything about the apartment on your phone. We loved the communication and clear information, it makes a big difference when all your questions are answered before you even arrive! We have no hesitation in recommending this place a for a great stay.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!
