The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill and Skipton (the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales) are under half an hour drive away. The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.
