The accommodation was very nice and exactly as shown in the photos, the surroundings are natural and quite quiet, even at night. The location is also great. Communicating with Stefano was very straightforward and friendly! The only disadvantage was the household appliances, which were numerous but sometimes did not work. All in all, the stay was super pleasant and definitely worth the price! Thank you Stefano ☺️

We enjoyed our stay in the tower very much. The apartments are very tastefully furnished, everything you need is available. The garden is beautiful, you can grill very well and the pool is a real highlight. A very well-equipped supermarket, where you can really get everything and which is also open on Sundays, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Two notes for future tenants: 1. The WiFi does not work very well, but that did not bother us, because the cell phone reception is very good. But if you have children, for example, who want to watch movies via WiFi, you have to be prepared for that. 2. In the top room, it can get very hot if you have windless days. Especially when children sleep there, it can be difficult if you have to keep the windows closed because of the daylight. But Daniele provided us with a mobile air conditioning unit on request, so there were no more problems.

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

An unforgettable stay in Nice! Our stay at Lauryane and Stephen’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet very convenient — and the view was simply breathtaking. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lauryane and Stephen were incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about creating a great guest experience. We felt completely at home and would love to return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Nice!

We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

Beautiful home in the hills above Nice - our own private oasis with a beautiful pool and view!

One of the most beautiful houses we've stayed in. Perfectly appointed, amazing attention to detail, gorgeous pool. Richard met us and talked us through everything, and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The grounds are magical and the house roomy while cosy. We had a great time and will be back!

Stunning place! Way up high in the hills, so quiet and peaceful. The view is incredible, you could stare at it all day. The place inside is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Very well-equipped for cooking and entertaining too. There are so many cute corners to sit, chat, snack, drink, it’s awesome. Also a nice gym with a variety of equipment, even a boxing bag! Of course, to be this peaceful and quiet you have to drive or uber way up in the hills. It’s only about ten minutes from town but not an easy walk. Overall loved the place and would definitely recommend!

Helene’s property was perfectly located, was in excellent condition and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The accommodation is in a great location! There is no one opposite and you can make as much noise as you want! The pool is cleaned every day by David, and that's a good thing! Apart from a few logistical problems, David was able to respond to them in a minute and always put us in the best possible comfort! Thank you! David has always been available! Small note for safety, we had children and we must be careful, because there are no barriers, they are ropes and falling is possible. Note that the rooms are not all together, there are 2 rooms, cut off from the rest, in the basement. So the house must be left open at night so that people can go to the toilet. (It would be good to stipulate this) If not, everything was great!! He provided charcoal for grilling and wood for a nice fire in the evening. To party, it's a perfect place that we recommend! Very much enjoyed our stay. Very communicative and responsive to our requests and questions. Very punctual and flexible regarding timing for check in and check out. Fantastic view with privacy.

Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. The view was amazing and the photos don't do justice on how nice the space is. The property is on the mountainside, but it is very modern and extremely functional. Only a short drive from Nice, and within an hour from Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Ez, Bellet(Wine country) and Antibes for a day trip.

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! Our stay is one of the best bookings we've made on Airbnb so far. Absolutely recommended and exemplary. We'll be happy to come back!

Dreamy villa set against a stunning Italian backdrop. Perfect escape. The villa has an infinity pool nestled into the most glorious hillside with picture postcard views of the Italian Riviera with distant Ventimiglia yachts in view. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids, teens and even Nonna had a dip on a balmy summers day. The kitchen is next to a dining area and outdoor dining area too which was great for days we had a BBQ. The Villa is steeped in history, a beautiful piano and records to play. Books and card games to play. The rooms are set over two floors. The top room had incredible views over the cypress trees and the ocean. Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous villa. Leonardo was close by if we needed him too.

Anna has made a little paradise. We have never been able to enjoy holidays like this. The place is even nicer than the pictures!!! Anna is a wonderful, loving and accommodating woman. There was always fresh salad and zirons from their garden. Herbs are available in the accommodation itself, which is simply a huge gain to cook with fresh herbs. It is always easy to reach because it lives right next door. She also always had great recommendations on what to do and where to dine best. The surroundings are heavenly. There's so much to do. You are within a 10-minute drive by the sea. But you can also reach everything you want to do within an hour We traveled with our dog, who also enjoyed it very much, it has a bowl available and otherwise you can tell that Anna is a dog friend. We will definitely be back ! Thanks Anna for everything!

Stephane is a fantastic person & and host, extremely kind and generous nothing was ever a problem we felt like we were on holiday with a friend, this was our second time coming back and we had an amazing week, highly recommend booking with Stephane you will not be disappointed!
