We spent over a month in Almaty and stayed in these apartments - and it was one of the best decisions we made! The apartment is new, very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The heating worked perfectly, there was always hot water, and we had no issues at all. But the best part was the hosts. From day one, they proved to be true professionals: they sent a detailed check-in guide in advance, were always available, and responded quickly to all our questions. And at the end of our trip, they helped us immensely by providing a luggage scale when we were worried about excess baggage. A huge thank you for such a warm welcome! If we find ourselves in Almaty again, we’ll stay with you without a second thought! 😊

Central location, walking distance to arbat street. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and host is very responsive.
