Roberta is a super attentive person, she prepared the apartment with all affection to welcome me, leaving even candy and a handwritten message. It allowed me to check in a little earlier, presented me with the apartment in person and left tips on what to do in Santos during my stay. She always answered all my messages quickly, even before the apartment was booked. Airbnb is very well located, located very few meters from the beach, on the same block as an Oxxo and close to 3 different malls. It is also close to markets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants, bus stops, a laundry, etc. The apartment has the necessary to prepare and store meals, towels, tank, clothesline and other essentials in everyday life.
