Holiday rentals with a pool in Boothbay

We stayed for 2 nights in June, and we all wished we could have stayed longer. This house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 toddler as well as our 2 dogs. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern updated and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen and living room were a nice gathering area for us. We found the bedrooms comfortable and very peaceful for a good night sleep. The pool and outside was our favorite. The pool was perfect, clean & warm. We loved that it had a shelf that our toddler granddaughter could sit on and splash around. We didn't get to the fire pit, but that area was very nice as well. We had a great time, and we are hoping to get back again next year. We highly recommend this home and the host who was always easy to communicate with and highly responsive.

This was the perfect home base for exploring various parts of the Maine coast. Beds were comfy, and each room had a wall unit to make it the temperature you like. Our kids loved being upstairs in the 3 beds room and having their own space. WiFi worked great, and that was with 7 of us on it doing various things - adults working, kids streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

We would 100% recommend Dina’s place to ANYONE (and we hope to be back)! The place is beautiful and would accommodate a small to large family. The pool and hot tub are incredibly nice and peaceful surrounded by trees. The furniture is incredibly comfortable and the kitchen great to use. Dina is also incredibly thoughtful and quick with her replies. We got a little turned around arriving at night (the GPS lead us up the road a bit), but we found it!

This was one of the most memorable places I have ever lived at! The property is huge, well maintained and just a perfect getaway spot with the right amount of amenities. Will definitely recommend this place 10/10 to anyone visiting Acadia National Park.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place, house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a month stay. Private and beautiful surroundings, responsive and friendly host, and a great location to explore Maine and the upper east coast. Memories to last a lifetime! Would recommend anyone wanting to enjoy to coast of Maine to stay here and have a great time, so much to see and do. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The house was spotless and centrally located for what we wanted to do in southern Maine. It was well stocked with quality toilet paper, napkins and Kleenex. We had plenty of towels for the hot tub and pool. It is updated and well taken care of. The hosts were extremely helpful and we didn’t see them at all, so the place felt very private. This was an amazing house and our kids had so much fun in the pool and playing corn hole on the large deck. Would recommend this house for families and couples in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay., they were fantastic in accommodations for me and my service dog who loved the yard. The home is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. communication was great. I look forward to staying there when I’m in that area again.

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

My husband and I celebrate our anniversary by traveling somewhere and we really always try to find somewhere with the right balance of activities with a setting that helps us relax and reconnect.. this location and property was perfect for that. It is Located on a quiet street close enough to the hotspots but far enough to not be consumed by the traffic of visitors to the town. We even made friends with the neighbors. kennebunkport is a really nice town as well. For our anniversary, we were greeted with a sweet treat and the concierge service has been super attentive since booking to ensure we make the most of our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal To take advantage of the pool but it is such a great layout with a grill that we must return to enjoy it. Four nights and I was Still sad to leave. I’ll miss the night on the balcony of unit 2 and the ridiculously comfy bed. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely our favorite place to stay!

This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck. The home was very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We loved hearing live music each day and night. So much walkable fun for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed the amenities here and the quiet solitude. Goose Beach is very close and Tania provided chairs, towels, and umbrella to make beach days a breeze.

Located right in the middle of all the action! Perfect beach access and my kids had a blast at palace playland. Unit had everything we needed.

It was such a cozy, wonderful condo with ocean sounds and breezes right from the front door. Neighbors very kind and welcoming; never felt like a stranger from the first day! Although just a studio, quite spacious and very comfortable even when my husband and child came to visit! David always responded to any questions rather about the condo, condo building, or just a good place to eat! Just a lovely all around stay! All my classmates were jealous! :)

Lovely place! Fully stocked with everything you could ever need! King bed was extremely comfortable. Tammy was very friendly and responsive! Will definitely be back in the future!

House was immaculate!! Very clean & was fully stocked with toiletries & kitchen appliances. Beds were super comfy. Perfect location 20-30 minutes to most popular areas. Highly recommend!!
