A nice, very modern, clean, cosy studio with all amenities you need and more. The studio has a full kitchen and stove, perfect fit table and comfortable chairs. I am impressed with the floorplan. The studio is equipped with everything you need and still feels spacious. Two adjacent doors at the front of the studio can be opened up all the way and gave the ability to enjoy a nice breakfast in the sun on a summerday. It was raining when we stayed here so we didn't open them up. The studio has a keybox but Aukje was home and warmly welcomed us. The beds are full size located under the roof; a cosy semi-open place to sleep. The matrasses provide great support. The bathroom and toilet are clean, comfortable and good. Things to consider (which Aukje mentioned upfront): the bedroom is accessible through a steep ladder. If you are afraid of heights or less mobile something to consider. The sloping roof asks attention for tall persons. Aukjes's place is perfect to stay and return to.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lammert and Corina’s fabulous accommodation. It was so peaceful, private and with clear and open views from the property. Lammert and Corina are really friendly and helpful and their advice on things to do and see in Friesland helped us to make the most of our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this excellent accommodation.

The apartment is an absolute must and we liked it very much. Everything is brand new, everything has been thought of and it was sparkling clean. Wieke is a good host, she knows how to pamper the guests and was easily accessible for questions (and to check with us if everything was to our liking). Unfortunately, we had the bad luck that the weather was bad, but the area is beautiful.

It was an eye catching location online and did not disappoint in person. The openness and kindness we received upon arrival was second to none immediately upon arrival. The family was gracious and welcoming and we shared some great laughs. The house is immaculate and extremely peaceful to stay at. The renovation work was expertly completed and the furnishings are out of a magazine. I would highly encourage you to go ahead and book now. The restaurant recommendations made for some great dinners and local delicacies. The communication from the booking six months ago was immediate and various questions were answered very timely in the months preceding our trip. As this was our first stop of two weeks through Europe, we honestly could not have started it better and have already discussed a return trip.
