Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Boone

Our stay at the A-frame in the treetops at Beech Mountain was amazing. We loved the location, which was peaceful with waterfalls around the property providing the sounds of running water. We enjoyed the views and abundant light and outdoor living space, spending time by the firepit and in the hot tub. What a gem!

Tara was a great host! This place was super cute and cozy, with sweet attention to detail. Easy to find Wi-Fi, and things to do. I will Definitely come back! Thank you! Ps. Loved the deck!

My husband needed to stay in the area and Ricky’s place was very convenient. He had an amazing rest time.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. Wanted to have a weekend away and had minimal plans thinking we would be gone from the home all weekend. We ended up hardly leaving this lovely home! The property is so beautiful and loved exploring down the creek and hanging out on the benches of the property. The house itself was so so cozy and clean. we enjoyed using the indoor outdoor speakers spending time with friends. I loved the welcome sign when we got there and it spoke to how personable Andrew was. He was very kind and helpful through texts and in person to help set up the speakers. I loved this place so much it made it hard to leave. Will be coming back. Thanks Andrew and family!!

Me and my friends really enjoyed this beautiful house. The decor is unique and very well done, it has everything you need and was well set up for larger groups. We loved the outdoor area and felt it was thoughtfully setup and equipped. We would definetly stay again if in the area!

We visit the area every year, but this was our first time staying so close to Boone, and we loved it! The location made quick trips to Blowing Rock and the store super convenient, while still feeling peaceful and secluded. Ashley and Bart were incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had just lost our dog before arriving, and Ashley immediately refunded the pet fee, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. That said, this place is perfect for dogs, with the river right out back and plenty of room to roam. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. (Hiking, wineries, visiting Boone, blowing rock and linville falls). The location was peaceful and as described in the listing. The host was very quick to respond when we had a little trouble with the electronic door lock. Heads up that both bathrooms are only accessed through the bedrooms which was a little annoying for our group but manageable. We absolutely loved the hot tub and definitely would have utilized the pool and tennis courts if we’d stayed longer.

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

The place was roomy, well stocked and very comfortable. The yard contained beautiful blooms and a fire pit. The large bathrooms well stocked with towels and wash clothes was especially appreciated. Host responsiveness and suggestions of nearby activities, attractions and restaurants was also appreciated.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

Shannon’s place was the perfect home base for our visit to Boone! The space was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, making for a truly comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to town, which made exploring local shops and restaurants a breeze. Warren has a lovely home in the mountains. The property was very quiet and surrounded by nature. I especially loved sitting outside at night watching the fireflies, the stars and smelling the sweet scent of nearby flowers. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything needed to make meals.

Leslie took the time either in person or via message to respond to my own individual needs while here. She was very proactive when I had trouble locking the door when going out for the day. She came to the unit in person and we got it figured out. Beautiful peaceful setting just sitting on the front deck. Just what I needed while staying there.

The Blue Mountain Apartment was absolutely perfect for my weekend at App State graduation! The apartment was extremely clean, organized, nicely decorated and stocked with everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you want somewhere comfortable with a beautiful view for a peaceful getaway.

What to write in such a small space! Kevin and Susie are precious folks. We got in late on our first night and Kevin helped carry our things upstairs. And chatted with us for a bit. Susie had made some AMAZING cookies for us. We loved the space of the apartment. It was clean, cozy and just as the pictures portrayed. The bed was so comfortable!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Roan Mountain is our me favorite place and Kevin and Susie have the best place to enjoy it! Thanks for having us ♥️

Richard’s cozy cabin in fleetwood was a very good value for our 2 seniors + pet party. The cabin has a lot of outdoor space with a gazebo in front, a deck by the front door and a new beautiful covered deck with gas fire pit off the back door through the bedroom. We very much appreciated the $0 pet fee for our 4-legged friend. And our compliments to housekeeping, we do not take that for granted. Comfortable bed, kitchen is tight but well equipped and stocked with essentials. An advisory for seniors with a dog, the walks will be up and down some steep hilly terrain; consult your cardiologist.

If I was someone on the fence about staying here, I would absolutely stay here! It was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of and very relaxing! It was the best way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back! The price was very reasonable for 2 nights in a beautiful relaxing cabin too! We were able to bring our puppy which made it even better! Firefly cabin is a must stay!

Nestled in a peaceful, scenic neighborhood, the property offered the perfect blend of mountain charm. Heather was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches throughout the home—from cozy blankets and local coffee to recommendations. The views from the deck were stunning, especially at sunrise —perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The location was ideal—just a short drive to downtown Boone, and other nearby attractions. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay near Boone.

The A-frame was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, appreciate the coffee! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels, etc. we wished we had time for one more night here to enjoy all the board games!

We had a fun weekend of hiking and brewery hopping and enjoyed coming back to the cabin each night! This is a small, rustic cabin, in a secluded and private location. The cabin has all of the amenities you could want, including a cook top for making breakfast and a washer/dryer for refreshing those gross hiking clothes. The only improvement that would be a game changer would be a bit more attention paid to the grounds and the walkway down to the fire pit. At night it's pretty much impossible to see without using a lantern, which we unfortunately didn't bring, and the pathway itself could use some weed-eating and maintenance. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would return!

This was our second stay at Yeehaw cabin, something we rarely do as we like to visit as many places as possible. The cabin is well appointed and clean. We used the hot tub and the fire pit, visited Boone, Blowing Rock and had a great meal at the nearby Gamekeeper restaurant. Still, my favorite thing to do there is just relax on the deck and enjoy the view.

Lauren’s place was amazing! We enjoyed sitting by the fire at night and the kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. Everything was clean and lots of chairs for the entire family. It is tucked back into the woods so it was quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed watching several deer walk past a few times. I’m highly recommend Lauren’s cabin.

Our cabin was very clean and had the most beautiful view. We were close to shops and restaurants in Blowing Rock. It was a very relaxing and restful trip. We will be back.
