Apartment holiday rentals in Bologna

A wonderful apartment - lovely and clean, quiet and in a great location. Really lovely host who gave us lots of helpful ideas on bars, restaurants and places to visit.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Roberta’s place is a true gem - one of those rare Airbnbs that instantly feels like home and makes it hard to leave. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, the apartment is about an 18-minute walk from the train station and 30–35 minutes from the city centre. There’s also a bus stop just across the street (though keep in mind that Bologna’s buses can be a bit unpredictable). Every room, including the kitchen, has air conditioning - a huge plus in the summer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and washing machine to sewing kits and spare batteries. There's also a lovely little balcony - perfect for a quiet breakfast, a coffee break, or a glass of wine in the evening. I 100% recommend staying here and truly hope to come back someday.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie beschrieben. Sie lag etwas abseits aber die Altstadt war zu Fuß wunderbar zu erreichen. Der Check-In lief absolut problemlos und Carolina & Cristina waren jederzeit erreichbar.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

Elena was a really great host. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to find her. She was flexible about our arrival time and had some amazing recommendations for exploring Bologna - if I'm ever back in Bologna again I would definitely book this apartment again!

We stayed a week at Jonathan's place and absolutely loved it! The unit was cozy and extremely clean with everything you'd need to make yourself at home. The AC was also great to have in a heatwave. The neighbourhood is lovely as well; close enough to walk everywhere with plenty of great restaurants and cafes right next to you. Much like the rest of the city center, the apartment is also under a covered archway, making it easy to hide from the rain or scorching sun. There are also many bus stations within a few minutes walk that can get you to Bologna Centrale within 20 mins. Jonathan himself was very friendly, responsive, and quick to help with anything as he and his family live very close by. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a slice of local Italian life.

Svegliarsi al mattino nel completo relax,lontano dal caos quotidiano,immersi nella natura é stata un’esperienza indescrivibile!L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort ! Antonella e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali,cordiali,premurose e con un gran senso di ospitalità! Antonella ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con la sua colazione,tutta home made! Che dire…consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Per una persona sola , l'appartamento era anche troppo grande, e forse ol prezzo è dipeso anche da questo, ma sono stata benissimo. Arredato con gusto, pulito, con tutto quello che occorreva, con condizionatori ben funzionanti in ogni stanza e terrazzino dove prendere un po' d'aria la sera e la mattina. Renato ha subito risposto ad ogni mia domanda e per me l'appartamento è risultato in posizione strategica dato che mi è stato possibile raggiungere a piedi la clinica dove dovevo andare. Supermercati nelle vicinanze ed anche pizzeria ed osteria.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Alice and Marco are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to messages. Apartment is great - bright, clean and spacious. 30 minutes walk or an easy 5 minutes bus trip into the city centre.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Es umfasst mehrere Appartments. Und hat einen schönen Pool und befindet sich mitten in den Bergen. Die Fahrt dorthin ist ein wenig anstrengend, weil es sehr kurvig, eng und bergig ist, aber es lohnt sich. Francesca ist einer super liebe Gastgeberin.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

And the surroundings? Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe it. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A truly unforgettable experience! Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Appartamento esaustivo, immerso nel verde con massima privacy e dotata di ogni comfort per rilassarsi al meglio. Host gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi domanda o richiesta. Assolutamente da provare la piscina al coperto! Esperienza stra consigliata ,tornerò sicuramente.

Nádherné ubytování uprostřed přírody, všude ticho a klid. Apartmán vypadal jako na fotkách, stejně tak bazén i zahrada s krásným výhledem. Francesca bylo moc milá, cítili jsme se tu jako doma:)

Das Highlight unserer Italien-Rundreise! Super ruhige und schöne Lage mitten in der Natur, trotzdem waren Lebensmittel Läden und Ähnliches leicht erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders herausgestochen ist die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin - es war ein sehr familiärer und toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🤍

Ho scoperto Borgo Doccia casualmente cercando un posto carino per un weekend di relax e si è rivelata un esperienza fantastica. Room equilibrio è bella come nelle foto, camera semplice e spaziosa, affaccia sui tre lati della struttura offrendo sempre viste mozzafiato. I colori dell'appennino sono stupendi e da Borgo doccia si possono ammirare in tutte le loro sfumature. Francesca è stata una host fantastica, sempre disponibile e mai invadente, con i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e i posti per mangiare è riuscita a farci innamorare della sua terra e di chi la abita. Torneremo sicuramente!
