We had a really nice time in Nicolas apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean, with a lovely view of his garden. The location was perfect, with a very lively street just around the corner but the apartment itself was nice and quiet. Nicola was very friendly and put a lot of care into giving us many great recommendations!

Very convenient accommodation for getting around by car (full of parking spaces that, even if blue, are free after 8pm). Very clean, new structure equipped with every possible comfort and utility, from the washing machine with detergent pod to the disposable toothbrush and toothpaste kits. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended, 10/10

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

We had the most amazing stay with Rabab and family, so helpful went above and beyond to help us! Even picking us up from a local restaurant as we decided to walk! It wasn’t ideal to walk back 😂 so close to the station with a train to Bologna. Which we visited Florence and Rome. We will definitely to coming back to stay! Truly wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

I have a large dog and it is always difficult to find suitable situations or that they accept it, so for me it was a remarkable oneplus, the house has a large fenced and private garden with shaded areas and not, Vania is a very kind and handy person, present if necessary, the road to get there is simple and parking is very convenient. that said, it's fine. In my opinion, it's a sweet place. You can rest easy if that's what you're looking for.

Everything is perfect! I recommend!!

The structure looked exactly like the photographs. The environment is remarkably clean, and you can smell the cleanliness as you enter. The room is large and the bathroom is equipped with everything you need. The Host is very helpful and kind, he also helped us solve a problem with the air conditioning (not created by him) by providing us with one of those penguin air conditioners for the night. Recommended, I'll be back if I pass through Bologna again!

Clean,equipped ,pleasant and spacious home

Perfect stay, top accommodation, I stayed for the Vasco concert and in 10 minutes on foot I reached the stadium, with the means (very close stops) you can reach the center of Bologna in a flash

Wow, what a lovely place to stay. We loved our stay in the apartment, which had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was perfect for 2 couples like us, and there was extra sleeping options for another 2 people. Absolutely perfect, beautifully clean, great location and we felt very safe with the secure entry and easy walking distance from the train station. Highly recommend to others.

A great stay for a family. Within easy walking distance to the city centre and transport. Very comfortable family home, parking is great. Have to pay extra to use the aircon but overall great bathrooms and very clean stay. Eda is super responsive and lovely! Thanks again, recommend.

Very cozy and well-finished attic apartment. The location is great, convenient to easily reach the main attractions of the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for the duration of the stay, which is not taken for granted and much appreciated. Communication with Stefania was excellent: always kind, helpful and quick to respond. Really nice stay, highly recommended!

Perfect accommodation, exactly what we were looking for- very quiet and the patio garden is a delight.

Francesco’s place was just as the pictures represented. A great modern shower and bathroom , small efficient kitchen . Comfy bed , Gorgeous courtyard to enjoy coffee or a wine .. central to everything but in a quiet side street behind the towers … Filippo was so helpful and responded to text messages immediately .. we didn’t have a toaster in the apartment and Filippo was happy to buy one for us and deliver .. We would absolutely recommend Francesco’s place as a perfect stay in Bologna .
