We loved our stay at the Texas A Frame. It was a perfect getaway for our family and we especially loved the plunge pool! A very nice, quiet spot to spend time on the patio.

Such a nice place. Extremely comfortable, superb location (Wimberley is so cute). Sally was a great host, very understanding when our situation changed (cancelled and rearranged flights). I don’t believe visits from local deer alway happen. Anyone visiting MUST go to the Blue Hole for a swim - soooo good.

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

There is a reason that Mary has so many 5-star reviews! We came for my husband's birthday and this stay was everything we hoped for and more—a peaceful, private retreat nestled in nature that gave us the perfect chance to unwind together. The cabin was so cozy and the views were amazing. We loved sipping coffee on the porch, watching the deer, and stargazing at night in the hot tub. Mary thought of every detail, from the personal welcome, to the wine waiting for us for my husband's birthday. Communication was excellent, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate escape far from the crowds, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

2nd time staying here at it was absolutely wonderful. Phillip goes out of his way and assists you anytime. Great place! Pictures do not do this lovely place any justice. I will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a great time at Jessica’s place! Jessica was extremely friendly and communicative. Her place is just as pictured only better as it is so well stocked with kitchen, bar, bath and pool amenities. We loved the indoor and outdoor swings/hammocks and the pool was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thanks for such a fabulous stay!

The house was beautiful, pristine, and very clean. The pool was spectacular—deeper than expected, which was great! Parking was also a breeze thanks to the spacious driveway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location is conveniently close to grocery stores. You can tell the property is very well maintained. A couple of things to note: While the amenities list includes items like shampoo and conditioner, most were travel-sized. This was a bit inconvenient for our large group, so make sure to bring your own. Also, the house has only two bathrooms. It’s clearly stated in the listing, but we overlooked it assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since the home accommodates up to 12 guests. Sharing two bathrooms among a big group meant a lot of waiting for showers, which wasn’t ideal. It's just something to think about if you have a larger group like we did. That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely overall, it's a great spot and I would happily return in the future!

My group had a fantastic stay at 344 Prinz Dr. Place was spotless, with tons of amenities and features that made us feel like we were at a resort. Host was very communicative and helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions. Central location to everything in San Antonio! Could not recommend a better place for the price and location.

We had a lovely time at the Antler Guesthouse! Sharon was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. The space was immaculate and so inviting and the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed before the large family wedding we were attending. We loved sitting out front having coffee, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife each morning. The guesthouse and the host exceeded our expectations!

Debby's house was above and beyond for quality and cleanliness. Her place did not feel like a rental but instead felt like a home away from home. Everything was so well taken care of. It was fully stocked of any and everything you would need. The location is very safe and beautiful!

I stayed here for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was beautiful—light, open, and airy with a gorgeous aesthetic that made it feel so peaceful and special. It was the perfect place to get ready with my girls, and I’ll truly cherish the memories we made here forever. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend such a meaningful weekend. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! Patrick and his family have done an exceptional job creating a warm, welcoming space that truly feels like a home away from home. The house was beautifully decorated with unique charm and character, and it was incredibly well-stocked—with everything from coffee and snacks to plenty of kitchen essentials like utensils, cookware, and dishware. They even thought of the little things like paper towels and extra supplies, which made our stay effortless. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, with deer frequently roaming the property—such a treat to watch! As nice as the photos are, the home is even more impressive in person. Our family had a fantastic time and felt completely relaxed in this lovely Hill Country retreat. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable, scenic getaway in the Texas Hill Country.

Convenient and comfortable for a large group. Our son and his 9 groomsmen appreciated having a space big enough to spend the wedding weekend together.

Peaceful and private place right in town makes it very easy to walk to main street and all that Boerne offers. We had a great time. The home was very nice too!

Great place for some RR! We felt like we were gone for a week! The bed was super comfortable, best sleep! Our dog loved the open yard to play fetch. Every morning we woke up to deer and tons of unique birds. Boerne in general is a quaint city to visit and close to other destinations such as San Antonio or Fredrickburg. Guadalupe River State Park also was close and great place to enjoy tubing. We are looking forward to returning in the Fall!

The house was beautiful and has a modern touch. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor area, especially for sunrise and sunsets! Sharon was very accommodating and responsive! We would definitely come back!

This farmhouse was peaceful and felt like we were out in the country, but we were only a couple of miles from Boerne dining and shopping. We loved seeing sheep and goats and chickens roaming freely on the property, and met the owner who told us about the history and his involvement in turning it into a place for guests to stay. He was super responsive to our questions and requests. We even got a tour of the chicken coop and permission to gather fresh eggs for breakfast each day! We are so glad that we chose this location to stay, drive off to enjoy hiking, dining or shopping, then come back and relax & work a puzzle or watch a show.

Elizabeth is a great host and quick with responses to questions. Loved the quiet back patio area. House had all we needed for our stay. Description and pictures were good representation of the home. It had easy access to I-10, HEB Grocery and a convenience store. Quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. Nice layout for convenient use of everything about the home. Will stay there again if we need a place in the future.

Such a great property! We’ve stayed twice and had excellent stays both times. Very responsive hosts, who were very flexible and helpful the entire time. If you need a beautiful place to stay, close to Boerne, this is your place!

We had a wonderful time out here. The place was so quiet and private and peaceful. Our dog loved the space to run around and our son had a blast watching deer and jackrabbits run around. We drove and played in the Guadalupe river which was about 45 to the state park, and went to a hidden river bank spot a local recommended. We had a great time, the house was exactly as described and was very comfortable. Definitely recommend if looking for an easy, quiet and relaxing getaway.

Guadalupe River Bend house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Peaceful and private, the house was in immaculate condition. We liked the fact that each of the three bedroom had ensuite bathrooms. We spent quiet mornings on the back deck enjoying nature along with our breakfast. Everything was as described/pictured and we couldn't be more pleased with our visit!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The house is located in a beautiful corner on the end of the street. Very private and quiet. Having your morning coffee on the balcony and listening to the river and birds was so peaceful. The house was also SO CLEAN! We’ve noticed that a lot of dog friendly homes have the lingering dog smell. This place did not, and it was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We celebrated a 70th Birthday here and loved every minute. Our teens loved splashing around and walking the low river bottom. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Lovely spacious kitchen and table for all of us to comfortably enjoy brunch. Kitchen is well stocked too! This place was a hit for us!
