House holiday rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing, and the community pool was a nice bonus. The beach was about a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive, and the location was close to great restaurants and local spots. Alan was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. We’d definitely return!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The house is on the quieter end of 30A, which we really enjoyed. It was just as expected and we had plenty of space with 4 adults and 6 kids! It was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for the beach! The golf cart was fun and easy to get around on with the kids. They loved to go get ice cream on it! There’s lots of yummy food close by - some of our favs were Redfish Taco, Scratch Biscuit Kitchen, Blue Mountain Bakery, Pizza by the Sea, and Pecan Jack’s for ice cream! The white sand beaches are beautiful!! We spent most our time at Grayton Beach State Park (just a short drive away). We got there early (8/9am) and never had an issue getting a spot on the beach! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Karen was very responsive. we also asked to get in a bit early as we had a wedding to get ready for and attend. she was nice enough to reach out to the cleaning crew and was able to get us inan hour early which was very helpful. also check our reddish taco, walking distance i.e. maybe a block..happy hour was awesome.

Our stay was much better than expected. Everything was perfect and ready when we got there. The back yard and pool were amazing. Great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for cleaning up. The beds were very comfortable also. We definitely plan on making this place our yearly stay. Wendy was an awesome host!

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

Jay and Anne's house was the perfect place for our family of 10! More than enough space! Pool literally right next door! And golf cart was the best added touch to take to the beach which was literally like 4 min away! WiFi was spotty first 2 days but hosts responded quickly and got their provider out to fix it the problem! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you again!!

We had the absolute best reunion weekend! We are so thankful for Courtney and Brandon’s flexibility and the opportunity to rent to us for the perfect girls college reunion trip. Felt right at home and accommodated everyone perfectly. Courtney and Brandon we very responsive with any and all questions that I spontaneously shot their way. I would love to book again in the future :)

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

The photos were exactly like the house. An added bonus was the built in ice maker. Great for beach and daily activities. The number of bedrooms were just what we needed. Ali is so helpful with recommendations about the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this house!!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples (6 adults) and 3 toddlers. The neighborhood is nice, but this house is backed up to the woods which added a lot of privacy. The golf cart was a must! We used it to get the the Blue Mountain Beach access each day, to restaurants and coffee shops. It was also just fun to ride around 30A. The neighborhood pool is very close to the home, which made things easy. The pool was quite crowded during our stay, but I suppose that is to be expected this time of year. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the appliances we could’ve needed. Shawna was extremely helpful and responsive for all of my questions. We would stay here again!

We booked this house for a last second stay-cation. Thus, booking options were limited in the Blue Mountain beach area. Normally I seek a place directly on the beach, but gave Edward's place a try. HOLY COW, I am so glad we did!!!! This little gem was fabulous! The lake offered a peaceful sanctuary to swim and fish, with great sunrise views. The beach was only a brief 5 minute walk to a low-key, non-crowded area of emerald waters! We toted our bicycles and enjoyed rides to the local ice cream shop and Redfish Taco. The house arrangement allowed for a spacious, cental gathering spot. The bedrooms offered comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! There's no doubt that Edward's place will be our new local beach spot get away!

Sunny Tude is a gorgeous, spacious home in pristine condition, located in a beautiful, walkable, lakeside neighborhood with a relaxing community pool. My husband and I had plenty of room to accommodate us, our two teenagers, and their grandmothers. The full-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion in the bathrooms was so convenient as we didn't need to pack or buy those amenities. We also appreciated the included dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and coffee in the kitchen. We loved using the included golf cart to drive to the little public beach and also to go shopping! Grayton Beach State Park was our favorite beach place. Just a few minutes' drive from the house, it had plenty of parking, easy beach access, gorgeous clear water and white, soft sand. Since we picked up some family members at the airport, we also enjoyed some time at the Panama City Pier Park. We highly recommend the Sunny Tude house for your next vacation! You'll love it!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

This house was beautiful, clean and a perfect spot with restaurants and the beach just down the street. The golf cart was handy to take to the beach or down to the ice cream shop at night. We had a small child along, and I would maybe suggest investing in a wagon to cart things to the beach and a cooler especially when people fly like we did. We purchased a small cooler and had to leave it. That would have been a great asset. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it blew us away. The golf cart was a game-changer, and the included amenities saved us time, money, and stress—no need to rent beach gear. The home was spotless (even under the cabinets!) and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches. The host was always available and quick to respond. My husband especially appreciated that I didn’t have to walk the dogs alone late at night—he felt totally at ease with the fenced-in yard. Our pups loved it too—no long hallways or elevator rides for bathroom breaks, and they soaked up every bit of those sunny mornings in the livingroom. We’re officially Airbnb fans now!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christina was a wonderful host! Her home was centrally located, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect beach getaway. It made for an ideal birthday trip! Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and you can tell she puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near the beach.

Amazing house, perfect size for our family and the private pool was great. House was very clean and the AC worked very well. It was a very short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, short golf cart ride to Seaside shops and restaurants.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.
