Waterfront holiday rentals in Blue Mountain Beach

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here, walking to the beach was a breeze and less than one minute. I would book again for a couples trip. My husband and I was not ready to check out when our stay ended. We would definitely revisit.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Great weekend spot for the beach! Literally across 30A from the beach, lots of crosswalks, above coffee shops and restaurants and easy parking. The host provided beach chairs and a beach umbrella (and even gave us a new one when we realized we didn’t have one) and a ton of beach and bath towels.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and offered a sense of relaxation. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping places. Thank you for a great time.

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

This is our third year of a multi-generational vacation to 30A (small kiddos through grandparents!) This is our favorite property to date: Clean, easy walk to a nice beach, next to a walk/bike path if you want to be active, great proximity to the stretch of everything 30A offers, and a highlight is the one block walk to a cute ice cream and shake shop. The hot tub and pool were also beautiful. House is spacious, modern, and clean.

We booked this house for a last second stay-cation. Thus, booking options were limited in the Blue Mountain beach area. Normally I seek a place directly on the beach, but gave Edward's place a try. HOLY COW, I am so glad we did!!!! This little gem was fabulous! The lake offered a peaceful sanctuary to swim and fish, with great sunrise views. The beach was only a brief 5 minute walk to a low-key, non-crowded area of emerald waters! We toted our bicycles and enjoyed rides to the local ice cream shop and Redfish Taco. The house arrangement allowed for a spacious, cental gathering spot. The bedrooms offered comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! There's no doubt that Edward's place will be our new local beach spot get away!

Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

Fontainebleau Terrace is an icon in PCB! It may be a relic, but it is definitely a treasure and the renovations are making it the best bang for the buck on the beach. You cannot find better sunset views or beach privacy and expanse anywhere else in PCB! This condo is the finest on in the whole place--well appointed with every amenity possible, even a mini washer/dryer! The bathroom is a great size with a fabulous walk-in shower! The kitchenette was perfectly designed to meet our needs for dining in when we wished. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the giant TV with Netflix and Prime Video was perfect for those rainy days in! I loved the tile floors, shiplap walls, and the plantation shutters--just gorgeous!! And there's plenty of electrical outlets!! Again the decor was top-notch and I would definitely rent again from these owners! They were very responsive to my questions. The unit was very clean! Elevator fast; stairs doable; pool never full; place not loud or crazy! Nice

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four nights stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was so great to walk out the back of the home directly onto the beach. The house was clean, well decorated and just the right size for the two of us. Jeff was a perfect host. If I had a question, he responded with in less than a minute!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was just as described and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. The communication throughout (from booking to checkout) was proactive and friendly, and we felt supported in our vacation, should we need anything. It felt like we had a dedicated host despite this property being a part of Southern Holiday Homes. We have stayed at SHH properties before and have always had good experiences, and this was no different! We appreciated that it was in the back of the neighborhood as it felt more private. The neighbors were friendly and we even met one set of homeowners at the pool and enjoyed speaking with them. We TRULY valued the LSV/golf cart, and took it to Real and Raw 30A (great organic coffee/food) and to the beach daily! We traveled on a holiday weekend so parking at the beach was a bit of a challenge, but we always found a tiny spot for the LSV. Thank you so much for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

THAT SLIDE! I have a 10, 8, and 6 year old grandkids who have pools - never did I think they would be so occupied and content playing on that slide everyday! The house beach was awesome for the little ones to net fish and the pier for the old ones to sit and fish. Baytowne Wharf 5 minutes away was ideal for walking around sipping a cool adult beverage while shopping and participating in kid activities such as ziplining and trampolining. Great house- great time!

Perfect location, my kids enjoyed. Build is huge but elevator time was not a problem. One of my best stays at airbandb. Thank you for the host for allow me enter one hour earlier after a long drive

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

We had an absolute blast! Not only was it beautiful it was such a perfect location! We had the best view and space and lots to do with the easiest access to the beach! We look forward to staying again!

Great vacation stay! Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful location and close to everything we wanted. It was easy to communicate and Marina was extremely helpful. 5 stars and look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic, breathtaking view! you are on the top floor! beautiful. worth the stay! the beach is accessible from the hotel, no need to cross a street. several pools and hot tubs.

The condo looks exactly like the pictures and the views are incredible. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nina was responsive to any questions we had and was very kind in all interactions we had with her. We really enjoyed the pools at the resort and how walkable the area is. We would definitely consider renting from Nina again in the future and would recommend her condo to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the beach and was peaceful being on the corner. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great, has everything you need and then some! It was spacious as well. Would stay here again! Mira was very accommodating and a great host to us!

April guided us through the check in process ahead of time and everything went smooth. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was great looking over the beach from the balcony and looking over the lake from the other window. Great place to stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. April answered and responded to all texts and questions in a very timely manner. April is a great host and we would definitely stay at her place again.
