Holiday rentals with a patio in Blue Mountain Beach

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

I really enjoyed staying here and Yana was very responsive as well as super kind. The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. Also, it was super close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the Panama City area!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and offered a sense of relaxation. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping places. Thank you for a great time.

John’s place is just like the photos. We loved hanging out on the balcony. The included beach chairs/umbrella was awesome to have! Less things to take down to the beach. Check in and out was super easy. We would definitely go back.

WARNING: “CEO” of property and property management were very unwelcoming. We were told that we could park our golf cart on the property, and then they immediately called a towing company and ridiculed my partner for the remainder of our stay. Other than that, our stay was great! The room was very nice and came with all amenities that were needed. The pool is very nice. The condo is in a great location on the beach. Our host, Michelle, was very nice! I’d definitely recommend staying with this host again.

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect location! The first night we biked (25min bike ride) to seaside did some shopping had dinner at the airstream food trucks. Saturday we spent the day at the beach. The blue mountain beach access is super close so we walked and it honestly wasn’t as crowded at I thought it would be. The house was perfectly clean and had everything and more that met our needs! We will be back!! Shannon and Amy were extremely responsive but honestly everything was perfect upon arrival so didn’t really need to contact them much! Checkout was super easy with minimal task!

The house was the perfect place to host our group of friends. There was plenty of sleeping space as well as tons of open areas in the house for all of us to gather and hang out. The house was very nice, clean, and well accommodated. We were glad the host aforementioned the possibility of a neighbor chanting/yelling out behind the property as this did occur a few times. She seemed harmless, but glad we had a warning regardless! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and peaceful. It matched the bachelorette theme perfectly. It was clean and cozy. 10/10 would stay there again.

Stayed a few days for Gulf Coast Jam with 2 teenage girls. It was clean and spacious with an easy commute to Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and other local restaurants and shops.

We absolutely adored this house! It’s way more spacious than the pictures make it seem and so beautiful. It’s only about two blocks from a wonderful beach. And Levi and Darah were just incredible!!!! They went above and beyond for us over and over. We only had one very minor issue with some neighbors the first night (it is also a rental, not bad neighbors) but Levi and Darah were so responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

Our experience staying here was easy to manage and provided everything we were expecting. The home was clean, welcoming and had all the items we could need. Such a great area, we’d love to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The host was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and responsive. The house looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a beach getaway. We loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, especially with dogs. The optional golf cart rental was a great bonus for quick trips to the nearby beach. The house had everything a family could need, including washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, and even a convenient outdoor bin for pet cleanup. We cooked most days and had no trouble finding nearby grocery stores, parks, and other towns. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was a 10 out of 10 and well loved during our stay. The house was amazing and comfortable and offered our family the opportunity to spend some well needed quality time with one another. The house was also very nice and super clean.

Cannot say enough great things about this place not only how great the room was, but how amazing the host is! My now husband and I went to PCB to get married this last weekend and our room was nothing short of perfect! The location is amazing, the water access is so great and the water looks unreal, and the host literally got us a wedding present AND set up for our room to be decorated honeymoon style! It was so perfect, everything! Don’t hesitate to book this place, and don’t be afraid to request the room decor services for special occasions, SO worth the money!!!

This stay exceeded my expectations. Location is great. Great communication with the host. They were proactive and ensured everything was to our liking the first night. Aside from the elevator wait (not within the hosts’ control, it was a busy weekend) everything was great. I will definitely stay again.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

My family and I enjoyed our visit immensely. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. The condo was clean and fresh. There were many extras provided such as shampoo and bath soap, detergent for at least 2 loads of laundry. The added bonus of four bikes available, beach toys, and beach chairs made for a great time spent with my family. Valerie was very responsive. Anytime I had a question. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel and Molly’s place! Super clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location — just a short walk to the beach and right next to some great delis, coffee, and food spots. We couldn’t ask for a better spot to relax and enjoy Santa Rosa. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

We loved the place, the view was perfect of the ocean and the city. The apartment was very clean. The accommodations were perfect. The building was easy to find. The staff treated us very well. I loved the kiosk bar in front of the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back soon.🤗🥳
