We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

Truly one of a kind property. Relaxing, calm, extremely responsive and helpful host. If you are looking to get out of the city or just need some time away to think, look no further. 10/10.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

This place has everything we were looking for - pool, hot tub, and a yard for our dogs. This is the second time we stayed here, and it was perfect once again!

Amy & Sean's place was perfect. We choose it for its proximity to our wedding venue and couldn't be happier. The HOT Tub was just what we needed after a long day of preparing for our wedding. 100% recommend and will definitely consider staying again.

We stayed here with a group of 8 (4 couples) for a 2 night wedding weekend and the consensus leaving was an overall “When can we book this house again!?” It was so comfy, cool, designed beautifully and comfortably fit everyone with sleeping / bathrooms - especially getting ready for an event all at once it was perfect for us. The property is gorge ! The only thing we missed was we wish we brought a basketball with us to play on the little court. Linens and towels were abundant and clean, lots of space to hang out and while we didnt cook the kitchen was STOCKED. The hot tub didnt get any use but it was so so cool and having access to laundry is always a nice touch. Something I feel is super important too - the floors were VERY clean , it didnt feel gross to be walking around so kudos to that too. Cant wait to book this again and explore that part of the HV more!

We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, and it was a nice place to relax with friends and family both inside and outside around the fire. We would definitely stay again!

I did not stay but my son did and I got to look at the place I fell in love with it instantly. I felt at home everything was organized and clean. I definitely recommend to book with Rachel.

The house was well appointed. What ever we required was there. The place was easy to find. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained.

The house was perfect for our large group and close to several stores so we had easy access to groceries and not too far from the city. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful great place to relax after a long day in the city!! Harry was also really helpful and provided contact information of a manager in case he was unable to contact us overall we had a great stay!!

Andre's place was a beautiful home away from home. Sparkling clean inside and surrounded by serene natural beauty outside. Bring your bug spray if you're going for a hike!

The home is in a great location surrounded by trees and natural landscaping. Nandy thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and the place was very clean. Would stay here again when in the area.

This was a great home for our family trip. we ranged from 2 to 70 years old, and everyone was comfortable. The house is very nice and full of character and we loved the back yard with the pool, hot tub and sauna. It's very close to the trails too! Highly recommend!

Our family stayed here for my son's West Point graduation. This was our second visit and we were thrilled to be back. This house is well taken care of, clean, and relaxing. It's close to the town of Cornwall, grocery stores, etc so you have access to what you need. The hosts are responsive, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The home was pristine and beautifully designed, feeling like a brand new home. Everything was purposely placed to have exactly what you would think you’d need. The host is extremely friendly and super responsive. The views of the lake are awesome. The bedrooms are huge and the beds and bedding are extremely cozy (we all slept like babies). The duel decks are a really cool set up with the hot tub on the bottom such a cool vibe with really nice ceiling lights hanging. We came for a work escape as a team, and this was a great stay for us. The bedrooms upstairs also had their own little balconies, which is great to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before getting our day started. They also had all the amenities in the kitchen you could ever need.

Recommend this place for any family great views nice clean home outstanding kitchen and dining room loved this house would stay here for a whole year

My partner and I booked Philomena and Derek’s place for Memorial Day wknd to attend a wedding at West Point. It was the perfect location and a cute space. We went to dinner at a restaurant nearby called the Bird and Bottle Inn which was also great.

We loved our time at Jason’s home! Is was easy to communicate with Jason, beautifully decorated and quick to West Point! We loved our week there and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, private, and quiet spot to enjoy a night away. Lovely modern decor, birds chirping, and very comfy bed! We had a great time

Kim was an amazing host. I had to book last minute to attend a family funeral and Kim was very responsive. We arrived late at night and were able to get inside with no issues. The property is nice and private. I will definitely stay here again when visiting family.
