We liked the place very much. it felt like home. Actual apartment is nicer than photos. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed! Clean and well equipped space! Lovely cafe-bar and pool. Quiet and nice area. Taxi rank at bottom of road and bus stop! Would stay again!

It's sweet and bitter (but there are two flaws, the first is that the house looks old but clean The second location is a little scary, especially since it is about Galata Tower, but if you are young, God willing, you have no problem, but if you are a family, I do not recommend it, there is a little disturbance at night, but it is one minute away from Galata Tower

Volkan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul, just a short walk from major historical landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with blue accents that match its name. It’s in a touristic area, so you won’t need to deal with traffic just to reach the highlights of the city. The T1 tram line is also nearby, making it convenient to get around. Despite being in the city center, the place feels peaceful and secure. Volkan is a truly professional and attentive host. He speaks English fluently, which made communication smooth and easy. He provided clear check-in instructions and was always available for help. The stay exceeded expectations in both comfort and hospitality. I would absolutely return here on future trips to Istanbul, especially if staying in the Fatih area again.

Located in the center of the old city, it is not far from the new and old bus stations, and it is not far from the love sculpture.This building is very beautiful, we live on the fourth floor, there is a large balcony.There is no elevator, so be careful with large suitcases.

The house is not far from the center, but it is critical to meet the needs in advance as it is a hill. The authorities had already informed us about this. The house was very clean and tidy. The terrace is very pleasant, with a beautiful view. 6 people can enjoy comfortably on the comfortable terrace and stay at home. The pool is also very enjoyable, especially during the sunshine hours. We only stayed for 1 night, but everything we needed (toilet paper, utensils, towels, shampoo, etc.) was abundant in the house. A very convenient house when a large group of friends wants to have a pleasant holiday.

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

We had a very pleasant time in the apartment! It was clean and well maintained, which was very important to us, especially with a small child. The location right on the beach was just perfect - it was super convenient to jump straight into the water in the morning or just spend the whole day by the sea. The balcony was a real highlight and offered a beautiful view. We would definitely come back!

Superb Location. Walking distance to the city center and a beautiful promenade. Super host. Gives clear instructions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy yourself at home. I recommend to everyone.

We loved the place. We apreciate that it's in the nice neighbourhood, near Yeşil mosque so we could easily go there for a prayer. It's a walking distance from Irgandi bridge, as well as Ulu cami and çarși. The only obstacle was the fact this apartment was on the last floor so you'll loose your breath while getting there 😄

Everything was super smooth. The host was very attentive, and the room was clean. Every time I requested cleaning, it was done immediately. The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby.

For a family with children it's ideal. Quiet, very close to the beach. Responsive host. We will definitely come back.

We stayed for 3 nights at Alliance Palace in Batumi and had a wonderful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in was quite easy. Kristina, our host, was very attentive and provided clear, detailed instructions, making the whole process smooth. The building staff was also friendly and welcoming. Apartment: The apartment itself was neat, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It offered a lovely view of the city, and we really appreciated how the elevators were never busy — a big plus compared to places like Orbi City. This place is truly a gem! Location: The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Batumi, with everything you need within easy reach. Overall: Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Batumi.

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.

Amazing , kind hostess! Very clean and quiet! Very cozy balconies with a sofa! Very clean , everywhere ! Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back to you!
