perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

The studio is located on the main street near the beach, shops, restaurants and a park with a playground. There are enough parking spaces on the street right in front of the location. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a stay. All devices are in working condition. The host was very responsive to our requests. The pool and the garden are permanently clean and maintained. We would love to come back

The apartment was amazing, great views. I would recommend this place. The host was very friendly and helped us with checkin and taxi booking. Around are nice cafes and the harbour is close. Safe neighbourhood with a lot of cats. Just be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs on the street+ house (not suitable for disabilities). Some minor repairs would be needed for couch and bathroom and windows cleaned to be perfect.

Small but cozy accommodation within walking distance to the city beach (10 minute walk). The host is very helpful and responds immediately!

Stunning location! We were right on the water at the end of old town. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and looking off into the sea.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and the overall experience very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Taksim Square, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had a great stay in Violeta’s place! She is a super nice person and a great host. Her house is located in a central, yet very quiet spot, just right next to the beautiful green hills of Strandzha mountain. We had a great view of the mountain from our small terrace. We stayed there with our two kids, and Violeta’s mansard studio offered us just enough space to enjoy our stay. It was clean and cool even in the afternoon heat due to the proximity of the forest - we didn’t even have to use the air conditioning. Thank you, Violeta! Will come back again!

I feel at home every time

Everything you may need at home is available, large enough for 2 people, barbecue, cutlery, plates, glasses, teapot, stove, salt, sugar, spices, everything is thought of, and you can order home delivery from restaurants within walking distance, the terrace is of tremendous beauty, you can set up pleasant tables in peace and calm with a sea view, all details are thought of, thank you Mr. Mehmet

Cozy apartment in the city centre. Good location.

Great apartment at the Galataturm. The view from the two balconies of the apartment and the large roof terrace outside the apartment is priceless and beautiful at any time of day. The apartment is well located for many activities and in close proximity to restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a well-stocked small supermarket just around the corner. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet, you will only be awakened by the seagulls in the morning. Nurten is always available and gives great tips for restaurants and quickly answers all questions. We really enjoyed the time there.

Cem’s flat is really lovely, and Cem went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely flexible and communicative. We could not have had a better experience, and would recommend Cem’s flat to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had a fantastic stay at Milen's appartment - wonderful and cozy! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. Milen was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal – close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to be peaceful. I especially loved the comfortable bed, the fireplace and the lovely balcony. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

It was our first time in Istanbul and we absolutely loved it. This apartment's view of the Bosphorus bridge and sea is just breathtaking and brings the city into the apartment. It's also really close to the bus stops so getting to the rest of the city is really easy. A five minute walk will take you to the sea front in Ortakoy with many restaurants, shops, markets and beautiful views. The amenities are great, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. Air con in the rooms was also handy for the hotter days. We had a few queries and questions during our stay and Berk was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

The accommodation was clean, well equipped and well located in the Üsküdar district. You can quickly walk to the metro and bus station as well as nearby restaurants and cafes. The highlight is the view from the living room on the Bosphorus as well as the roof terrace. We had a really great time at Taner's apartment. Highly recommend!

This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

Gocha was so friendly and responsive. He made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance of the bus stop. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters. 3) There are many street food options and restaurants nearby. 4)The lake behind the flat is quite enjoyable in the early mornings and evenings.

I have stayed in Burgas many times but this is the best. In the heart of the city moments away from the sea garden. Andon and his wife collected me from and took me back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is small but perfect. Able to cook, use the two balconies and watch TV and use the Internet. Do not hesitate book it now!
