Apartment holiday rentals in Black Sea

Epic spot right near Taksim square, close to transport that got you everywhere you could want to go, some great kebab restaurants right at our door stop (we tried a different one every day), well equipped house and comfy beds. Hamza was amazing to get in contact with, organised airport transfers for us and gave us lots of advice. It is up two sets of stairs but this wasn’t an issue at all for us. The ice cream around the corner in front of the stairs was amazing as well if you want a good ice cream place that won’t rip you off. Everything you could want for a week in Istanbul!

Staying with Erkan was an experience. The reception was warm, including a full refrigerator with drinks. The apartment with the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus is simply breathtaking. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, very clean and spacious! The location was perfect and was within walking distance to all attractions. Erkan always took care of us and was always easy and quick to reach. I can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely take this apartment again on my next visit.

Reyhan's accommodation fully participated in making our visit to the city perfect! Ideally located in old Istanbul, we were able to easily go back and forth between the places to visit and it, enjoy the surrounding restaurants (from the very good breakfast just at the foot of the accommodation to the aperitif in the vegetated courtyard of the Mansions a little further), as well as consider the majority of our trips on foot (to Taksim Square via the Galata bridge). Cozy, bright, very clean, well-equipped and spacious, it allowed us to rest when we needed it. And the icing on the cake, the terrace offers one of the most beautiful views, with, at equal distance, Sainte Sophie and the Blue Mosque. To be contemplated without moderation from sunrise to sunset without having to share this point of view with a crowd. In short, an address that we will recommend and certainly share with our loved ones in the coming months!

The location was excellent! Walkable distances to all of the major Istanbul attractions. Lots of great places to eat, shop and visit. Ertugrul is an excellent host. And the apartment is fantastic. Would definitely return!

I recommend Daria’s place 100%. The flat is cosy, contemporary and spacious, the location couldn’t be better! Lots of bars, restaurants and amenities all around not to mention the breathtaking view over the Bosphorus by the terrace and the view over Galata tower from the bay window. Erdem was the best host we’ve ever had. His apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The furniture is beautiful and high quality. I would recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul. The location is great for getting anywhere. Close to port and public transportation. Only took 20 minutes to get to old town. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities you would ever need. Great communication and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erdem!

Yalcin was extremely communicative, making it an easy and comfortable stay. The walk to the third floor is a bit of a hike, but Hamdi came to assist both upon checkin and checkout. The hospitality both showed was excellent. The apt is in a bustling area and is a great value.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location in Galata is perfect – just steps away from amazing cafes, local shops, and historical sites. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul!

I highly recommend staying at Ugur’s place. From the time we booked, till the end of the stay Ugur was super responsive and helpful. The views are just drop dead gorgeous (floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bosphorus). The neighborhood feels like you are living and staying like a local and has modern furnishings. Wifi is excellent. You have to be ready to handle stairs but if in reasonably good shape, they are not a problem. Just avoid if uneven stairs are an issue but Istanbul is hilly and any local neighborhood would mean stairs. The best thing is Ugur’s responsiveness: we needed coffee pods, a tap fixed, airport transfer: all was organized in a minute… and shout out to Mohamed who so kindly helped with luggage and many things!

Everything was great!

We spent two nights in this apartment. We were clearly informed about the location of the house and the necessary check-in details a few days in advance. We found the apartment clean and it was as shown in the pictures. When you enter the building, you are greeted by a beautiful book house and sweet cats, then you go upstairs to your room. We recommend it to everyone

Volkan was super nice! The location was great and easy to reach without a car/Uber. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. But you should only your cell phone with you to the bathroom, because the handle sometimes comes off from the inside. Without a cell phone, or if no one else is there, you can't get out on your own. But Volkan wanted to take care of it right after we left.

A cozy apartment right next to the sea. Everything looked exactly like in the photos — even the decorative rocks and plants — which made for a great first impression. The space was clean, and it included all the basics. After two days the 45th-floor height felt manageable. There's a small drying rack on the balcony as well, which is a nice touch. Three key things to know before booking: 1. The refrigerator is compact, so it’s not ideal for storing a lot of food — but it’s perfectly fine for a short stay. 2. Cleaning service is available for 60 GEL per visit, and if you're staying more than a week, you get one free cleaning included. 3. The elevators. Sometimes you’ll get up to your apartment in just a couple of minutes. Other times — especially in the afternoon when there are more tourists — you might end up waiting 15–30 minutes.

Great place for our vacation! The apartament is just like in the pictures and it was clean and tidy! The host is super responsive!

Absolutely loved this place. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so if you are not for climbing stairs, this isn't your place. The staff did tote the luggage up and down. I personally wanted the exercise, and the view was worth it. I don't know that Istanbul offers a better view. Beware of the Galataport drop off. A LOT of stairs to get home even though it says .2-.3 mile walk. Every bit is stairs from the water. I would stay here again if visiting Istanbul

This Airbnb was a fantastic find! It easily ranks in my top three stays. The location was great, and there was plenty of space. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect. We did experience some minor internet issues, but I believe that was beyond the host's control. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband are very happy that we have chosen this accommodation. Very clean, very quiet and private. The host was very nice and helpful, gave clear instructions. We strongly recommend and we will come back for sure!!!
