We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Amazing place

Great place, lots of space. Has everything you need for living. few things were not working which were mentioned by the host. but this didn’t even bother us. recommend for long and short stays. just to mention, no elevator and it’s 4th floor. was a bit hard to get upstairs with heavy bags.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

this is a very nice place. we only had one night but really enjoyed it so much. the receptionist was so friendly , Nikolay let us check in early which was also extremely nice. the white cliffs are stunning . don't miss doing the walk all the way to the cliffs. it's worth it. the place is well maintained and clean. the pool bar has amazing views and good prices for the cocktails. the restaurant on top called Octopus really is amazing after you had some sunset drinks at the bar. highly recommend to spend a few days there!

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!

Everything was very nice, Mr. Ümit took care of us very well, he helped us when we were short, he answered our questions, we would definitely go to a place again, thank you for everything.

The apartment is on the 7th floor in the G block of Barcelo Hotel. Two rooms, a little tired already, but it didn't cause us any problem. There is nothing in the apartment, even a sponge for washing dishes, so you need to keep in mind that you will have to buy everything, in the literal sense of the word. There are enough dishes, glasses, plates, spoons , forks, cooking utensils. Of course, there was a lack of a washing machine, but this issue can be resolved. Separately, I want to note the balcony , we spent there all the time that we were in the apartment. Breakfast with a partial view of the sea and the Nemebr. Of the disadvantages, I will note the sofa in the living room, we were 3 adults and someone had to sleep on this sofa. And it's almost impossible to sleep on it (( Overall, everything was great! The host is always available, responds promptly, prompts something if necessary. The location is perfect! In the very center. It's quite noisy at night, as young people walk until 4, or even before 7 in the morning )

Spaceous apartment in a tranquil location with a great pool. Plenty of resteraunts and shops within walking distance, as is the closest sandy beach. Plus the bus stop is a 10 mins walk, with regular buses to Nessebar and Sunny Beach or Borgas Overall it's great for a relaxing stay.

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

Taylan was a true blessing as a host. He gave wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, that were real gems and not touristy at all. We did many of them and were incredibly happy! Also, he organized the taxis from and to the airport without any problems which was a big help. As for the apartment, it has a lovely interior design, all the equipment that you need (f.e. for cooking meals at home), and it is very spacious. The roof terrace is a nice addition and we made good memories sitting up there sipping coffee. Can absolutely recommend this place and especially Taylan as a host!

Everything from check-in to departure was great. Natalia responded promptly to our small nuances, which were eliminated very quickly. Thank you, I think we will come again with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and feels like home. I was traveling with a baby, and the host thoughtfully provided everything we needed. Highly recommend

A great place to relax with family. The sea is very close and the passage to it is through a pleasant pine forest. There are no sun loungers on the beach, etc., but the house has an umbrella and a mat. But it's better to take your own bedding with you House with all your needs for your holiday: Two very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The third bedroom is in a separate room, similar to a living room, on the way to the other two bedrooms. That is, two bedrooms are fully isolated, and the third is less comfortable and in the passageway In the courtyard there is a convenient place for parking a car, there are chairs, a table, a brazier. The only thing is that firewood for the grill is not included in the price and we paid an additional 30 lari for it. The price also includes bicycles that you can take for a ride. We took it several times, drove around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't say that there are many interesting places to go. Everything was impeccably clean, whether it was the accommodation or the pool. The view was splendid and the place very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Vihar was always available and responsive to our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Very nice vacation home with astonishing view from the cliff to seaside. Villa is very spacious with clean and well-kept swimming pool. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, with two separate fridges, which was very nice as we were traveling as two families. In the nearby there is a hotel with restaurant where You can buy breakfast or dinner if You are lazy and don't want to cook :) The host is very friendly and very responsive. She provided us with all needed directions to closest beaches and good restaurants. It is a really wonderful place.

Great apartment, cozy place, great location, 200 meters to the sea. There is a swimming pool and a gym, the perfect place to relax. The room has everything! Nice and courteous host)
