Holiday rentals with a patio in Black Sea

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—super walkable to great shopping, restaurants, and bars, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle. It has a great balance between convenience and calm. The neighborhood felt very safe, even walking around at night, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the rooftop views were beyond gorgeous. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that offers both easy access to everything and a quiet place to unwind.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is in a fantastic location, well situated close to buzzing areas, as well as to tourist locations. The flat has everything you need for an easy stay and we had the best time in Istanbul thanks to the great recommendations left at the apartment. Couldn't recommend more, definitely book when you come to Istanbul!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Amazing place quite and relax

This place was awesome and in a lovely neighborhood. Really enjoyed staying here with friends to explore the city. Apartment is as advertised and very clean. Host was super nice and communicative. The rooftop terrace is just amazing during sunset!

I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house, the view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, I went up there and enjoyed the view.

Truly a rare find, pictures doesn't even do the view it has justice. From solo to large families, it is somewhere you can enjoy. I was comfortable even before setting foot into the place, and quite happy with how smooth our communication with Zafer was.

We stayed 1 night in this Sapanca villa with a Bali concept and everything was really great. The design of the house was very meticulous and aesthetic. It was well above our expectations in terms of comfort. Everything we might need was thought of and was complete. Cleanliness, decoration, peace… It was all there. I recommend it with peace of mind to anyone who wants to rest and experience a different atmosphere. We can't wait to come back

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and friendly, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

A peaceful space created by a very sweet couple in nature. And that Caramel, that Caramel! It is a ball of love that comes to make itself loved 🥹 every morning, and gently curls up next to you with all its protection while sitting by the fire at night😍. Oh, and those purring cats; it is like therapy🫠. In summary, how can a host who has raised such loving children be bad? You see, if you choose to stay here, you will be greeted by a couple in the same garden with a smile. Therefore, you don't have to worry about security, it is a location that you can choose even if you want to be alone in nature. Staying in the same garden may create a concern of privacy in the minds, but Ms. Fatoş is the kind of person who thinks one step ahead, "Would they be uncomfortable if we do this?" unless you request it. The area was beautiful and the most beautiful thing about it was the surrounding area for those who love the countryside and love the green nature and tranquility.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
