Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Black Sea

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Aufenthalt war komplett angenehm. Einfacher Check - in und -out. Wir hatten für 4 Leute nur einen Schlüssel, haben aber am Schluss erfahren, dass wir einen zweiten holen hätten können. In der Nähe ist ein Strand, der gar nicht mehr den Fotos gleicht, eine komplette Ruine. In der Nähe ist nicht wirklich irgendwas, man fährt aber zum Goldstrand 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi und nach Varna 20 Minuten. Pool war sauber. In der Dusche waren am Boden leichte Schimmelspuren, wir hatten 2x kein Warmwasser und 1x kein Wasser für einige Stunden. Trotzdem kann ich den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

My family enjoyed this neat and clean home like apartment. Though a steep ride to Istaqlal street but only 10 minutes in total if you walk slow. It’s 1.1 km but 200 feet height gain. Next to Sheraton and Cher hotel which has a big star bucks. Lots of diners and breakfast options on the road within 200-300 meters plain walk if you do t want to take steep hike. Grocery stores and my favorite Simit sarayi opposite to it. Parking in basement, steam and sauna, swimming pool of small but decent size add to the amenities. Apartment has washing machine, dish water and everything you need. Host was very nice and friendly. I come to Istanbul every other month so from here onwards, this will be my preference if I come with family.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Incredible home, clean and cozy. Our family was extremely impressed with the stay, living room and bedrooms were nice and big and the kitchen was well equipped! Location was top notch! Around 15 minutes to taksim square, and 10 minutes down to kabatas for the ferries or tram. There were also some nice coffee shops on the way down to the tram where with great views of the Bosphorus. Istanbul is such a walkable city that on one day we actually took the tram to the grand bazaar and walked all the way back, through the spice bazaar, Galata bridge, galata tower, and taksim square! Host was very responsive and proactive, sending a detailed list of suggestions for the surroundings. They were also very helpful answering questions we had before arriving, and were kind enough to accommodate flexible check in/out times to make the most of our time in Istanbul. Definitely recommend this stay for families or groups visiting Istanbul for the great location and property.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

一切都很好，Hamed非常热心和友好，花了将近一小时帮我们停车。阳台的景色很美，还给我们准备了饮用水。如果有机会再来伊斯坦布尔，一定是我选择的不二之选

Die Wohnung liegt gut, sie ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und hat fast alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation zur Gastgeberin war gut und proaktiv, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Betten warn bequem, wir hatten ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Der Balkon ist ziemlich geräumig und wir hatten genug Platz die nassen Handtücher zu trocknen und auch entspannt das Meer zu beobachten. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war gegenüber eine Baustelle, aber ich schätze, dass diese bis 2025 festiggestellt sein wird.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

Hepsine evet, ilgisiz kalmadık ,bizi kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Ali bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar yardım seven insanlar ve bu tarz samimiyeti neredeyse unutuyorduk Ev ise, minimalist cok esya yok, evin içinde çok rahat gezdik. Koltuklar cok rahat yatak iyi ve yemek masasi da geniş. banyo dar olmasına rağmen duş geniş. mutfak da kucuk ama yemeğimizi pisirmeye veya çayı demleye sıkıntı olmadı (eksik oldugunda, BurgerLab bize yardımcı oldu). Her yer, yürüme mesafesinde, olmazsada toplu taşıma olur, yine cok rahat . Sokaklar hareketli ama bi kaç günlüğüne geldiğimiz için bizi rahatsız etmedi. çok fazla uzatmadan, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve Ali bey tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!
