Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Black Sea

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and friendly, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of accommodations — but this one is truly exceptional. The view is simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky... and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it is the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he solved the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad comments: if there's a problem here, it's probably coming from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

A peaceful space created by a very sweet couple in nature. And that Caramel, that Caramel! It is a ball of love that comes to make itself loved 🥹 every morning, and gently curls up next to you with all its protection while sitting by the fire at night😍. Oh, and those purring cats; it is like therapy🫠. In summary, how can a host who has raised such loving children be bad? You see, if you choose to stay here, you will be greeted by a couple in the same garden with a smile. Therefore, you don't have to worry about security, it is a location that you can choose even if you want to be alone in nature. Staying in the same garden may create a concern of privacy in the minds, but Ms. Fatoş is the kind of person who thinks one step ahead, "Would they be uncomfortable if we do this?" unless you request it. Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house, the view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, I went up there and enjoyed the view.

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

The neighborhood is great, everything is reachable by walk. The place itself is cozy and has everything to have a good rest. Highly recommend.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Beautiful place with a view of the black sea and the Rize hills. The hosts are amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Inside there is everything you need for a peaceful stay. Would highly recommend.

The best place to live in the north of Turkey The ruins are wonderful and can't be enough. There are ruins in each of the roles the best place I saw the city of Riza separated you from the world , and there is a delicious breakfast on demand. The place is very clean and sleepy and you are comfortable and the hosts are respectful and friendly. They introduced us to the tea plantations and took pictures of us with the tea fields and they made us drop off with them. It was a complete experience and not a residence only where we knew the softness of the Turkish people and their generosity and their hospitality. Thank you for Karim and his family for hosting us

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered.
