Farmstay holiday rentals in Black Sea

We (five people) were met at the airport. It was brought to the place. The house is beautiful both outside and inside. The photos don't do it justice. The area near the house is well-maintained. The house is clean, cozy and everything is provided for living and relaxing. The hosts are hospitable, thoughtful, and always available. The vacation was great. Many thanks to Temuri and his family. A lot of experience and pleasure from the trip. Recommended. There is a mountain river nearby. Swimming in it is unforgettable.

We came as 10 teachers, first of all, we would like to thank Mr. Kemal for accepting us, he accepted us as a group. The location of your house is very good, very quiet, I felt like I came to my grandmother's house, it was very clean, the kitchen was renovated, everything was there. Mr. Kemal showed us around his house, we really felt like we were at home. The garden is very well maintained, the only problem is that the water flows from the bathroom shower cabin and the battery is broken, I think, and the pool is 1m deep, but we still had a lot of fun. We will come again, thank you for your cleanliness and tidiness, we all left happy.

We loved our stay in this home so much, being here feels like being in a piece of paradise. We love everything about the house, the beautiful healty garden with amazing views, the nature, the location so close to the beaches. Also, the house itself has everything you would need for a vacation of a family group. It was designed and removated with so much attention to detail in a very beautiful and practical way. Everything is very clean and feels very confortable. Comunication with Magdalena and Simon was great, they gave us so many useful information about the area. They are really nice people. Thank you for the healty and also very tasty food/drinks and for having us in such a wonderful place.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The room of us was great. We stayed with razvans grandparents in the house. Which was very relaxed. they are very nice. The grandmother gave us super delicious breakfast and dinner. Which was very good, since there are no supermarkets. We have a fantastically beautiful boat trip with the neighbors.

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

It is considered the best location in Barshimba. I live there for the second time. The ground floor consists of halls, councils and a kitchen. The first floor consists of 3 small rooms. Each room has 2 single beds. The house is very clean, which is why I always choose it. Breakfast can be ordered if the number is small.

The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home. The host's amenities were full of details you wouldn't normally find in a rental home. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to the host for this wonderful experience.

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

The room was spacious and nice, the bed comforable but most of all our hosts were very welcoming. We could also have dinner there and it was delicious! The kids loved the animals and the garden. We highly appreciate our stay.

A pleasant house in a very beautiful and well-maintained garden. Everything you need for your comfort has been considered. Whether you sit in the lush garden or on the large balcony where the endless sea stretches under your feet. And without sticky from humidity when at the bottom of the sea! The chickens who sent us their warm eggs every morning, the most friendly geese in the world, the bouncy lad Kangal Tork, and her friends, were a bonus to animal lunatics like us. Not to mention Ms. Yeşim's smile and quality conversation. While we were thinking about not going on vacation this year due to the pandemic, we left saying that we found this place at the last moment. Thank you so much for everything.

Nice property, right at the beach. Really quiet and away from the other touristic towns at the Black Sea.

A group of six girls came to Georgia and stayed in Batumi for two days. We are lucky with both the weather and with the house where we lived and the host! A decent hospitable family who cared about us helped with the movement and choice of places that wanted to visit. The house is large, new and cozy, all the basic amenities were in place. The location is great - close to the airport but very quiet. There is a terrace where you can enjoy and dine. In a word, we really liked 10 out of 10! I think I'll be back in the autumn.
