Stunning apartment! Beautiful decor and wonderful view. Erica met us and helped us feel right at home. We would have loved to stay longer and will return if ever given the chance!

Luxury, immaculate apartment in very secure building. Very quiet while we were there. As stated, car essential and the drive is not for the faint hearted. Short drive to basic convenience store. Longer and busy route to larger supermarkets so stock up before arrival. Excellent communication from owner.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem. Everyone says it’s even better than the photos—and they’re right. The view is stunning, and the lake is literally just across the street. Parking is super easy and just a minute or two walk away. The place itself was a total surprise: spacious, spotless, full of light, and with everything you need. It’s clear the layout was thoughtfully opened up—feels like a high-end modern loft, but with a warm, eclectic interior. We instantly felt at home. Gabriele, Thamanja, and Andrea were incredible hosts: professional, super responsive, friendly, and helpful at every step. You can feel they really care. Porto Ceresio itself is a beautiful area with so much charm and nature to explore. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you for such a memorable stay!

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. We stayed at Alice’s apartment in Gandria, just outside Lugano, and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano—it’s truly the highlight of the place. Waking up to that serene lake scene every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even though it rained for much of our stay, the space was so comfortable that we didn’t mind spending extra time indoors, just enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Alice was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the busier city center, while still being close enough to enjoy everything Lugano has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with unbeatable lake views. I’d definitely stay here again—hopefully with sunnier weather next time!

Giovanni war ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen und ist jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es war wirklich in jeder Ecke perfekt sauber. Giovanni hat sogar Kaffee und grundlegende Küchenlebensmittel wie Öl, Pfeffer und Salz bereitgestellt. Ein Highlight ist der Balkon und die Aussicht auf den See. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und Giovanni ist ein echter Herzensmensch.

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

We had a lovely stay at Thereze’s apartment. Everything was perfect with the place and also because Thereze paid attention to details that touched us a lot as it was our first family trip with our new born. The location is very convenient as it is close to very nice areas at short driving distance. We tried all recommendations from Thereze and we were very satisfied with it. The view from the apartment is incredible ! We will be back!

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

I cannot recommend Nina and Fadri enough. They are extremely friendly and responsive and go out of the way to make your stay enjoyable. The view from the apartment is mindblowingly stunning. I had an absolutely perfect stay there and I will for sure look this up when I am next in Lugano.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt bei Luca in Ameno! Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt, es war sehr schön für uns. Die Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend , der Garten hat unsere Herzen höher schlagen lassen, überall gab es Ecken zum entspannen. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend erkunden, Luca gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, wobei wir den größten Teil unseres Aufenthalts draußen im Garten verbracht haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit offenen Armen in seinem Zuhause willkommen geheißen. Wir hätten es nicht besser haben können und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Alles in allem perfekt, ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben <3

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

L'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos et la vue est magnifique. Il est bien équipé (lave-linge notamment) et est très calme. A proximité il y a une ligne de bus qui arrive directement de la gare de Como et qui va jusqu'à Belagio ce qui est très pratique, a noter qu'il ne passe qu'une fois toutes les heures (ou demi-heure en fonction de la période). Dana est très discrète et réactive pour vous présenter les différentes activités autour de l'appartement. Je recommande fortement.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
