An unforgettable experience within the wilderness of nature around , with an mesmerizing view of the Himalayan landscape I had at the newest edition of Mettadhura on my 2nd trip to the heartland of Dhura, one of the beautiful offbeat place I've been so far. The well decorated and cozy wooden cabin, private seating and big balcony was my new finding. I felt so relaxed sitting my balcony enjoying the sunset and sunrise.. Felt to spent the whole day sitting there and just seeing the beautiful landscape. Nice food, exceptional hosting by Mriganka and so homely feeling I was looking for from this trip. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful BnB in Almora! The location is nothing short of picturesque, surrounded by breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a postcard. The host was fantastic—very proactive and provided clear instructions to help us find the property with ease, which made our arrival seamless. The house itself was wonderfully organized, with all the amenities we needed and more. It was thoughtfully arranged to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, with everything we could think of for a hassle-free experience. The food offered was simply incredible—delicious and made with so much care. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the stargazing and bonfire experience. It was a magical way to end our evenings, surrounded by the tranquility of the mountains. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here again when I visit Almora in the future. Highly recommend!

I am Raju Mody my age is 63 and wife is Parul Mody , we both wanted to live in the mountains for 1 month , our first priority was home made food , location , mountain village life , which has lots of tracks and trail around , neat and clean rooms , we found that at The Himalayan Breeze hosted by Tarunji and Neetuji, they are v friendly and will make you feel like you are staying with your own family , Tarunji is a very nice person and with heart of gold and a pet lovers who cares a lot about environment, Nature and all animals around you he made us feel as though he was our brother , Neetuji is an awesome cook we ate all the Pahadi cuisine like Bhatt ki Chudkani , Bhatt ki dall , bhang ki chatni , Pahadi desi eggs , Pahadi chicken and mutton , gahat ki dal , beans , and very meal was special and v good taste , shout out to Nituji , Gullu our guide took us on trail and track walks they arranged a picnic in jungle , any one wants a long stay experience just go for it 5 star rating 👍

Our stay at Digvijay’s cabin in the tea estate was truly magical. Tucked away in the serene surroundings of Kausani, the home offered the perfect escape to relax and unwind. Set amidst a lush tea estate, it feels like a hidden retreat in the forest, embraced by greenery on all sides. The cabin carries a rustic charm, reminiscent of a colonial-era bungalow, thoughtfully equipped with all modern comforts while retaining its old-world appeal. The caretaker, Girish, was exceptionally kind, responsive, and sincere—always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. From cooking delicious meals to assisting with anything we needed, he was always around with a warm smile. A highly recommended stay in Kausani—we would definitely love to return.
