This apartment was beautiful and clearly a lot of care and design had gone into it. It was very clean and in a great location to discover Utrecht. Oscar and Barbara were lovely, friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

The accommodation was really great – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. Also, the contact with the landlady Lotte was super friendly and uncomplicated. She was always quick to provide advice and assistance. It is particularly positive to highlight that she gave me very detailed information about the parking situation in advance. Unfortunately, parking on site was a bit cumbersome, which led to a small deduction for me. Overall, however, a clear recommendation - I would come back at any time!

it is a cozy beautiful place, with nice nature around the cottage and yet close to all facilities. relaxed and very friendly host and hostess. At least I didn't feel like going home.

Unfortunately, we were only 5 days in the accommodation, but it was really very nice. Right in front of the door, two pigs grunt happily to themselves and you are really right at the edge of the forest. Everything is very idyllic. You definitely need a car to get there. There was also a supermarket about 10 minutes away by car. In the kitchen there was everything you needed. The sauna was also really great and we slept heavenly in the beds. All in all absolutely recommended.

We felt very comfortable in Ireen's accommodation and had a great time. Irren was very attentive and totally nice. Our child especially loved the animals on the grounds as well as the extra toys provided. The surroundings are very beautiful, you can take beautiful walks, e.g. also to the Kasteel de Haar or a farm for children.

We loved staying here, the space was roomy and the outdoor space was great. It was very peaceful and the house has everything you need.

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

The AP is located in the heart of Utrecht, clean and complete. We felt at home and wanted to use everything the apartment offered. We recommend it and will possibly return other times. It was great to sleep and wake up with the charming City Tower on our balcony!

A great studio apt with a beautiful garden in back, located in a quiet neighborhood of charming Utrecht. We enjoyed the space so much that we came home early one day just to sit in the garden and relax! Fun coffee shop a few doors down on the left and great gelato at the other end of the block, otherwise residential and quiet. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that this has been the loveliest stay I had in an Airbnb. The place feels like home right away. Sometimes you’ll be welcomed by two lovely very friendly and playful cats when get to the reception. The place is clean, and looks as good as the photos and even better. The best was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you needed. There’s a wide collection of teas that I really enjoyed as well. Yes there’s no kitchen but I don’t think it’s really needed. The location of the apartment is so perfect. It’s near everything you’d need. There are many nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by. I’d really consider coming back to Everts place next time I come to Amsterdam.

We had an amazing stay in Amsterdam. Wonderful hosts that thought of everything. Large cocktail ice cubes, filtered water machine, chilled beverages in the frig, instant hot water faucet specifically for hot tea at the kitchen sink, great packet of information about the area, umbrella if needed and more. The flat was extremely clean, well decorated and in a great location to immerse yourself in Amsterdam. I would recommend this flat and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful 7 days at Nanda’s apartment. It was very comfortable, lots of light, quiet, and easy to access the city by bike (primary for me), bus and foot. Nanda was very responsive and kind. If you are new to the Netherlands, know that the train outside of the apartment comes once an hour (it goes to a fantastic railway museum that you can walk to) and is whisper quiet, so if you wonder if it’s loud to be near train tracks, it isn’t at all as the trains are electric. The morning and evening light is plentiful and I just had a very lovely stay. The kitchen also is very functional and I did most of my meals in the apartment. Overall really great stay.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Wle spent 4 nights in very clean, cozy apartment, in peaceful canal area. Away from all the noise and traffic but still very walkable. good restaurants nearby. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Great communication. Big bed very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Outstanding stay at Huis Roomolen! Henri & Mel were terrific, kind, and very responsive hosts ~ they assisted us with bike rentals nearby, loads of dining options, and a fully stocked studio for our brief time in Amsterdam. The studio itself is in a beautiful, quaint, and very safe area of the city, just blocks from many canals. The studio was impeccably clean, the terrace is lovely, as are the fish and greenery; and the bonus breakfast goodies made for such a relaxing morning before touring around. Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations.
